A fantastic family holiday in lovely villa, with stunning views.

The location is excellent, with lovely sea views, and just a lovely 10 minute stroll from the centre of protaras and the accommodation is well laid out , plenty of space and with air- con in every room ,pool is a great size for family and well maintained , also has own garden which was great for the children to play on ,and is nicely set back from walkway by approx. 30 metres, so feels quite private.

just needs a bit updating and tlc in some places, to make it an exceptional villa as a few things missing in kitchen broom and shelfs and pans in the oven although Mary did bring us the items next day, one of the baths very slow to empty and some instructions on how to work over head canopy would be useful. also some large bath mats for the floor just as you enter from the pool ,to the kitchen would help , stop the children from running in wet and making floor slippery

This could be an AMAZING property if maintenance was vastly improved

The villa itself is large and luxurious, with the most incredible and beautiful swimming pool. Fabulous location. Our host, Elena, was more than warm, charming and helpful, and tried her best to fix the many problems, and compensated us when she couldn't by giving us a mid-week clean/change of linen + late check-out last day + bringing a lovely dessert and wine.

The state of the MAINTENANCE is DREADFUL ! Not what one expects from a property of this high standard. The property is advertised as having a Jaccuzzi and Sauna - but the Jacuzzi was BROKEN, and we couldn't use the Sauna as the bucket for water had no bottom! There was hardly any light in the entire property as the majority of light bulbs/neon strips had burnt out, and the electrician sent couldn't fix them. All the taps DRIPPED. There was never enough hot water for 11 people (despite turning on the back-up boiler all the time). There was no HOUSE MANUAL, so had to "guess" how to work the many appliances. We were given an incorrect WiFi code. Only 1 bath towel and 1 small towel per person for the entire week, no extra toilet rolls, just 4 dishwasher tablets, insufficient garbage bags - although when we complained, Elena did bring a few more.
