The property was exceptionally clean, and everything was well maintained. The location was perfect—close to the beach and restaurants, making it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
The main downside was that the property felt quite old. The furniture was outdated, and the apartment in general could benefit from renovation and modernization. While everything was functional, the dated interior took away from the overall experience.

It was the first time we actually stayed in a hotel apartment in Protaras as our child was. Ow a young adult and we would need two rooms in a hotel. Flisvos Apartments are excellent value for money, they are clean, close to the best area in the centre of Protaras and only 1 minute from the best beach with golden sand and crystal clear sea. Safe parking available. We already booked for a further stay later in August; that says a lot.

Fantastic property, perfect location minutes from the beach and really well placed so you are close to everything but without all the noise & disturbance! Apartment was immaculately clean & comfy, had everything you needed. Staff were so friendly & helpful, communication was excellent before, during & after the stay. Definitely recommend for a trip to Protaras!

We liked two things:
- great location, close to the beach and shopping area
- the room was clean, the towels were changed every second day
We arrived late, all the shops were closed and we didn't have water in the room. A bottle of water would be a nice touch.
The furniture is old, the light in one room wasn't working.
In the kitchen there is one pot and one pan, so if you plan to cook you are limited. In other places we've been in Cyprus we had salt, pepper, sugar oil, water, tea, coffee and some fruits in the room. In Flisvos...nothing.
