- perfect location, only short walk to nice beach, supermarket, restaurants…
- nice rooms, clean
- free parking
- shared washing machine
- no cleaning during our stay (5 nights): Towels weren't replaced at all, and the garbage wasn't taken out
- sometimes shower was not cooperating with us and we only could have too cold or too hot water temperature

Close to the beach and a supermarket. The room was clean and functional, with a well-equipped kitchen. The beach is of very good quality, with crystal-clear water, fine sand, free toilets. Parasols, sunbeds and showers available for an extra fee. Free parking is available in front of the property.
The shower is very small, and the water pressure is weak. There is a constant humming noise (possibly from a refrigerator, air conditioner, or another machine) coming from a neighbouring restaurant.

We liked two things:
- great location, close to the beach and shopping area
- the room was clean, the towels were changed every second day
We arrived late, all the shops were closed and we didn't have water in the room. A bottle of water would be a nice touch.
The furniture is old, the light in one room wasn't working.
In the kitchen there is one pot and one pan, so if you plan to cook you are limited. In other places we've been in Cyprus we had salt, pepper, sugar oil, water, tea, coffee and some fruits in the room. In Flisvos...nothing.
