Modern, clean, nice pool, private .

Air con was on a timer , so had to get out of bed in the night to switch it back on . The garden furniture was very uncomfortable . The staff were extremely helpful.

It was lovely and bright. Good amenities. Good location. Loved the roof top terrace.

Nothing in particular. It would be amazing to have more of a welcome pack with some washing tabs, dishwasher tabs etc. or even the option to buy these upon booking would be good.

Location and size

It wasn’t clean on arrival but quickly remedied. There was not a safe path to walk from Villa to the strip/beach.

Protaras is a lovely place but the villa was nothing we expected

Kitchen area was nice, pool area was nice apart from it being freezing cold and we only used it once

Furniture inside and outside was old, dirty, some of it broken, the sofa could only fit 3 people when there were 6 of us at times, sofa was dirty and very uncomfortable! It looked as if it was the quickest of cleans when we got there and they didn’t complete a mid stay clean either.

The luxurious feel to the villa. Well apportioned rooms and the roof top terrace was a good addition to capture The sun at times when it wasn’t on the pool

The sun wasn’t on the pool until about midday and last at around 5pm. The roof top terrace furniture could do with new cushions

Overall great villa good location about 15 min walk to strip and beach

Loved location outdoor space and room size. Villa nice and spacious some cleanliness issues as bed linen was stained but this was resolved immediately by host the next day.

Pool tiles were missing and kept coming off so although could still use pool didn’t look very inviting. Some of the finishes could be better, such as coat hangers in wardrobes were mismatched also no tea towers to take hot food out of oven so we had to buy some.

Lovely family holiday in the nicest villa!

Perfect location, rooms were a good size and the pool was the perfect temperature . The staff were also brilliant, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing we didn’t like except the tiles around the pool do become extremely slippery, I don’t think this was thought about when the property was built so take care!

It was in a great location from the centre of resort. Walking distance from everything. Plenty of space for the family.

Our Villa number 14 was a bit tiered looking compared to the one my sister stayed in no 21 Could see a difference.

Really nice family villa, so close to protaras 10min walk and plenty to do

The pool is a great size, plenty of bedrooms over 3 floors

We never had a cleaner, the bins were all the way at the front of the complex which was a bit of a walk from our one. We also never saw a pool cleaner either.

Fantastic holiday both the villa and location were excellent

Excellent location, large villa which was spotless. Hosts quickly responded to any queries and visited on first day.

No pavement all the way to the strip so part of the walk was dangerous as you had to walk on the road. Not just families in the villas we had a group of males next door. They were quite loud early in the morning but did switch off music when asked so we did not raise the issue.

Exceptional villa stay

Villa was stunning, had everything you needed for an exceptional holiday. The pool area was fantastic, with sun most of the day and the roof terrace was an extra bonus and had beautiful sea and sunset views. IVR staff were excellent, all queries answered promptly, and anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Cleaning staff and pool cleaners also need a special mention.

Building work going on across the road so was woken up every day at 7 and the noise went on through out the day so not so relaxing stay as intended

Fabulous villas, lovely large garden, plenty of room for large group stay.

The villa was great, very clean and communication by the hosts was excellent.

We stayed in April and the swimming pools are not heated. We planned to spend most our days in the pool but it was unbearably cold and in the shade from midday onwards. We were travelling with young children/ babies and so this was a huge shame. There is no shutter/ gate on some of the villas so if you have toddlers they can get out from the garden onto the road. Not all villas were the same but ours was completely accessible from the road to garden. Large enough to park a car. The road to the main strip of Protaras doesn't have a footpath so with prams you are walking on the main road or on a gravel path which is unlit so after sunset we were needing to use torches to stay visible to drivers.

Family and friends trip

Villa is in a good location, plenty of space and good facilities. Everything you need for your stay. Hosts were great at contact before our stay and were very helpful on checkout. Quiet area but close to all the action.

Everything was as we needed. Only suggestion would be to have more hairdryers in the property for the amount of guests it sleeps.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful outside area and swimming pool. Modern interior, clean and good facilities. Location was perfect for Protaras and the beach. Staff came round to check in on us which was lovely - fixed the shower quickly. Nice touch was the milk and bread in the fridge. Easy to book excusions through the villa company. Perfect value for money!

Could have provided additional towels, bin bags, cleaning stuff. Luckily the villas opposite us weren't completed as they would have overlooked our outside area.

Lovely villa perfect location, imaginevillas service is excellent

The cleanliness and style of the property is amazing. Perfect location and communication from imaginevillas is brilliant. We had an amazing stay and hope to return in the future.

The only slight improvements members of my party mentioned is there is no full length mirror anywhere and in 2 of the bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double room) there was no dressing tables / mirrors so it was difficult to all get ready of an evening. This is only minor for convenience purposes, we absolutely loved our stay!

The location is excellent, the size of the villa is great - perfect for staying in if you don't fancy going out every night, excellent air conditioning, good bathrooms and showers, excellent TV service with usual streaming facilities inc. British TV.

The pool is a little on the small side for adults but good for kids, it's clean and well maintained. Not many basic things are provided - like toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and shower gel, etc.

Private modern clean good location spacious everything thought of to make an easy stay. Had a problem with the pool but was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the pool staff.

Would have liked a few extra towels just to save on having to wash everyday. Would have been more economical to wash less often but would need extra towels to do this. Not being able to recycle.

The property was modern with a lovely outside however the tiles around the pool area were extremely slippery definitely not good if you have young children.

There were lots of villas in the same road and majority of them Were rented out to groups of youngsters. The group we had next door kept us awake until 4/5 in the morning every day so we hardly Slept.

A fabulous week enjoyed by all and we will certainly return soon

Very good location, close to the beach and resort centre. Very spacious, we was a party of 6 adults and 3 children and found the villa ticked all the boxes. The pool was lovely and everyone enjoyed spending time in it, it wasn’t heated yet the temperature was just right especially for the children. It was very private and modern.

It is really difficult to think of a negative. The only thing I can think of is that there was no towels provided for the pool area and the Sun beds would have been more comfortable if they had had cushions on them
