Wonderful, wonderful – we will definitely come back

The villa was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The surroundings were lovely, with plenty of space around the pool and in the garden, and the parasols were a great addition. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotless upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find drinks and fresh bread waiting for us – such a thoughtful touch. The pool was a little cool but still very enjoyable. The location is excellent: just a 10-minute walk to the town, which is a pleasant stroll, and a short walk down to the beach. The setting felt wonderfully private. The villa had everything we needed, including beautiful bathrooms and plenty of towels. We felt truly welcome and are certain this won’t be our last stay here. We can highly recommend this villa

The kitchen could use a few more items. There were only four regular knives and four regular forks, which is a bit of a paradox because it meant we had to wash up very often, while at the same time being encouraged to save water. The pans were not great – almost impossible to clean afterwards. This didn’t affect our stay much – we were happy and satisfied overall – but just a suggestion to review the kitchen utensils.

Fantastic villa but construction work in close proximity awful.

Villa and host Imagine Villa's were great and really helpful when we had problems with a couple of fuses. Villa only a short walk to Protaras main strip and beaches. Gorgeous restaurant called Di Capilla a short walk towards the beach from the villa.

This villa would have had top marks, but we were not advised that there was a huge development right across the small road. Building work started between 6am and 6:30am until around 15:30pm, everyday except Sunday!. The noise was horrendous most of the day due to cement lorry's coming and going and pneumatic drills being used! On a positive the building work close to the property should be finished before next season

Everything was fine the villa is great, clean and well designed. The location was about a 8 min walk to the main strip area.

We did have some smells of drainage from time to time. We did have issues with red dust outside caused by building and ground works from across the road.

Amazing, stylish villa, fantastic pool and brilliant location!

The villa exceeded our expectations, it’s exactly like the pictures with fantastic decor, comfy sofa and amazing pool area which wasn’t overlooked. It was very clean, and the pool was regularly cleaned. The location was perfect, short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Communication from the company was fantastic. We loved it that much that we’ve already booked to go back!

Exceptional

This is the best villa I have ever been in Cyprus. Very comfortable, modern design, very clean. I felt like I was at home. Located close to my favorite beach. We had a car, so it was 1 min drive.

I was thinking hard during my stay to find something I don't like. The only thing I can suggest to the management company is to put more towel holders in bathrooms and to make a shelve in showers.

Nice villa, shame about the building work nearby

Villa was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Spacious and airy, and modern. Within close walking distance to Protaras centre.

There is a building site opposite which started at 7am - 1pm/2pm most days (not weekend). It was very noisy and made sitting outside by the pool noisy and unrelaxing. If had known this would have booked elsewhere.

Great villa in a great location

Modern, spacious and clean villa. View of the watermelon field was great. Beds were comfortable and loads of seating to relax and socialise.

No condiments or cooking supplies (tin foil, oil etc). no hoover to clean up and no beach towels. pool was great but filter in pool didn’t seem to be cleaning out particles properly.

Location

The pool was freezing (not heated) There was a lot of dust (thick layers of it) especially on top of the beds and in the bathrooms. There was no bathtubs. The shower drains were blocked so the water would flood the bathroom. Disappointing and overpriced.

Lovely Villa pity about the cold pool and lack of sun in garden

Lovely modern villa. Great location. Villa had everything we needed kitchen wise. Great service from rental company. Overall a good stay just a pity about the freezing pool.

The swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold. It got zero sun and was unusable. My daughter wouldn't even go in and it's difficult to keep her out of the pool usually. Showers need a good clean. No safe found.

The villa is new, modern, bright and really very cozy, it had everything we needed, except vacuum cleaner :)

The villa was not qualitatively cleaned. There was a lot of hair on the stairs to the second floor and in the living room, which was very annoying. If there had been a vacuum cleaner we would have just been vacuumed and this dirt would not have fallen so out of sight :)
