What we liked the most was the spacious layout of the villa and the comfort it provided for a large group. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms made our stay very convenient, and the en-suite bathrooms in two of the rooms were especially appreciated.
We also really enjoyed the terrace area and the private pool space, which created a lovely atmosphere for relaxing together. The air conditioning in every room ensured a comfortable temperature throughout the stay.
Another big advantage was the location — about 600 meters from the promenade and the sea, with a delicious restaurant nearby. Overall, the villa offered a great space for spending quality time together.
What we liked the least were a few missing practical details that would have made the stay more comfortable. The kitchen equipment was incomplete — there were only two large pots and no smaller ones, and no basic spices available.
The supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels was insufficient for a group of 10 people. We also found it inconvenient that there were no clear directions to the villa, which made it difficult to find late in the evening.
Additionally, the lack of some basic cleaning tools (such as a broom, flat mop, or vacuum cleaner) was noticeable during a longer stay. We also experienced occasional issues with hot water for a larger group and a problem with the oven tripping the electricity.

Villa and host Imagine Villa's were great and really helpful when we had problems with a couple of fuses. Villa only a short walk to Protaras main strip and beaches. Gorgeous restaurant called Di Capilla a short walk towards the beach from the villa.
This villa would have had top marks, but we were not advised that there was a huge development right across the small road. Building work started between 6am and 6:30am until around 15:30pm, everyday except Sunday!. The noise was horrendous most of the day due to cement lorry's coming and going and pneumatic drills being used! On a positive the building work close to the property should be finished before next season
