Maybe if they supplied a hoover/vacumn cleaner this would improve the villa as a broom not that great to keep villa clean daily

Location, outside space, large kitchen
Broken pool table, swimming pool never cleaned once after being there 10days, dodgy AC in the basement room, and a fair few minor issues around the aging interior.
