Lovely modern villa, perfectly situated a short 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the strip.
Great pool and comfy sun loungers, nice garden, with BBQ, outside fridge, covered area for eating etc.
Satellite TV included, and kitchen/dining area very pleasant.
Bedrooms basic but pleasant.
Can’t think of anything.

Great villa with plenty of space. Excellent pool. About a 45 minute drive from Larnaca airport and only a 10 minute walk to Protaras strip.
Hedge blocks the pool sun late in the day. Could easily be resolved by lowering the hedge height and then the pool will get sun all afternoon, like neighbour villas.

There was bread, milk, juice, tea and coffee left which was incredibly useful as we arrived late on a bank holiday so the supermarket was not open.
The open plan layout was very handy with having a young child as we could watch him in the pool at all times. The pool was very clean and a good size.
This is of no fault of the Villa, but the walk into Protoras doesn’t have pavements and street lights in places so felt a little unsafe late at night with cars coming down the road at 50. But this is only for a short distance and I’m sure will change once more villas are built in the area.

The pool although it wasnt heated so it was very cold. The quiet location, but very close to the strip so it was easy to stroll down to everything. The rooftop. The bread, water and juice in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch.
The host was the most unwelcoming person we have ever encountered. There was absolutley no customer service from our host zoe. On arrival we noted a number of things in the villa, it was in poor shape, it wasnt cleaned well at all, all the bins in the bathroom were broken and rusted( we told our host this to which she gave an abrupt response of "i will get you new bins" these never arrived in our 6 night stay). Our tv would not work properly, so on our first day we had no tv in the villa as they only have one small tv in this villa. The matinence man came on the morning of our 2nd day to look at the tv and said that all the remotes(all full of tape and broken in the house (3 of them) were all for different tvs and not for the tv in the villa. Surely things like this should be checked prior to guests arrival.Long story short the man returned which the correct remotes 7 hours later after having to call the host zoe at the office who was repeatedly cold and abrupt when answering the phone. The light switch in the kitched fell off when we pressed it, the kitchen sink was seriously chipped, the big mirror on entrance to the main bedroom had a huge crack going through it. The place needed tlc and didnt feel like a villa that was only built a few years ago. The house decor is very odd, a mix of old furniture you would find at your grandmothers mixed with modern. The roof terrace which iwas lovely to have had 2 kids chairs up there and a clothes rack. Perhaps some suitable seating and a table or loungers would be nicer. The pool area needed a good clean, there were ciggarette butts everywhere, there was a plate in the corner on the floor full of moulded food which i can only assume a previous guest at some point left out for the cats who visit.
