The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay. This brand new fabulous 3 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes’ walk from the resort Centre and beaches of Protaras. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday. As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay and also includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 3 persons. A shower and WC can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find the three modern and spacious bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes and bedside. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed and offers sea view. Bedrooms 2 has a double bed and offers sea view and bedroom 3 has two single beds. The main bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor. Outside, the spacious pool area offers a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, outside shower, dining area, comfortable seating area, sun-loungers and a large private pool while enjoying the stunning sea views.
