Great family place

Loved everything. Was a great location. Layout was great for two families.

A couple of the air conditioning remotes weren’t working but we just used the other ones. They came straight out when we couldn’t find a key to the rooftop and gave us a key for it.

Would book again

Beautiful villa with everything we needed in a quiet area and less than a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Beaches are 10-20 minute walk away. The guest relations team deals with any issues promptly (broken sun lounger). Protaras is a great place to holiday, family friendly with lots to do.

Only complaint and I'm being picky but the beds are on the soft side so you wake up a bit sore in the morning.

Villa overall was fab! Kitchen very well equipped. Love the fact that each room had independent A/C. Lovely size swimming pool. 10 minutes walk to restaurants bars and beach

For us with a small child although we appreciate they should never be left alone there was no gate at the side entrance…….anyone could just walk in

A wonderful holiday enjoyed by all of us and looking forward to returning in October.

The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The directions and process of getting into the villa were excellent. We paid to have the pool heated and I am so glad we did. We had a lot of use of it and our 3 year old grandson was never out of it. Villa is very comfortable and well equipped.

Some lamps in the living room would be nice for the evenings. The towels were threadbare and some had holes in them.

Amazing time, and any issues we had were quickly resolved by the wonderful reservation team at Imagine villas

The villa was beautiful, everything we needed was provided. Especially the welcome pack of grocery items upon arrival Such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread butter and Jam and water. Looking forward to staying again some time soon.

Had issues finding the villa, as this is a new development, taxis and delivery drivers struggled to find it.also the cost to heat the pool is expensive, but an essential, this should maybe be included in the initial price of booking.

Everything was well, property was really nice, all facilities were amazing, perfect villa for a group. Our cab drivers Andreas and Angel went above and beyond for us, absolutely amazing people and can’t recommend them enough, felt more than safe getting around Cyprus with them!

Heated pool is great, during new year eve it was 29 degrees celsius house is stylish, nice sliding doors in the living room area perfect for a group of friends Host is very helpful

Once the building site is finished this would be nice, but for now it lacks privacy from workmen.

The villa was pretty. The advert should have shown the properties 360 view, which I’ve shown below of the building site.

The next door building site that begin working around 7am should have been disclosed. The list of rules after booking should have been on the ad. No sunscreen when going into the freezing pool was also unreasonable. Hot water being turned on before our arrival would also have been nice. We had to wait the next day to be shown a folder on how to turn on the water, the heater etc as we had to locate and enter the property via the lock box.

Great place to stay, would come back again!

Great villa to stay in, depending on what you're searching for. We were looking for a comfortable villa to work from remotely and to enjoy good weather and to go to the beach - it was perfect for that and had all of the amenities you could think of.

Didn't notice that the pool wasn't heated while booking but that's my fault.

Wypoczynek w luksusowych warunkach, z dala od tłumów.

Przepiękna Villa, super urządzona, bardzo czysta, możliwość zrobienia grilla. Podgrzewany basen tak więc można korzystać cały rok. Telewizja satelitarna tak więc kanały z całego świata ( w tym wszystkie polskie)

Malutki minus za stare patelnie w kuchni ( porysowane, wszystko się przypalało) czas wymienić na nowe. Huśtawki przy basenie miały pęknięte liny więc nie można było z nich korzystać. Oraz nasza Villa jako jedyna z całego kompleksu nie posiadała tarasu na dachu ( a na zdjęciach i w opisie villi na Booking taka informacja była) także brak sztucznej trawy wokół basenu ( też jako jedyna villa) tylko beton.

Die Villa ist sehr schön gewesen, viel Platz und tolle Küche, 3 bäder und Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor lief reibungslos. Toller Pool, tolle Lage!:)

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn es einen Staubsauger gegeben hätte und vllt. etwas Waschmittel und 1-2 Spülmaschinentabs.

Super ale problem z czystością

Obiekt, lokalizacja i basen !

Czystość- Villa była brudna, sami posprzątaliśmy pokoje kuchnie i łazienki chwilę po przyjeździe. Nie było odkurzacza co było problematyczne bardzo. W Łazienkach było pełno włosów. Basen był nastawiony na niżą temperaturę niż zamówiliśmy i zapłaciliśmy za to.
