Delfini Villas

The villa was a good size, plenty of room inside and around the pool too. We were a party of 7 and the villa comfortably accommodated 8. It was clean and had good facilities. Location was fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the Protaras 'strip' and a 5 minute walk to the small beach and bay South of Fig Tree Bay. Communication and service from the operator was excellent. We had a few minor issues early in our stay but these were resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction

What a beautiful property; well located and decked out with everything you need. The private pool was definiitely a highlight and we spent alot of time enjoying the outdoor area. It was clean and well maintained and will definitely look at booking it again. Walking distance to Turtle beach which was one of our favourites in Cyprus due to it being secluded and not touristy. Loved our stay here.

Towels for the beach - even if we had to pay extra we would have been happy with it as we came from Australia without towels.

We went as a special family holiday for my 60th birthday. The villa 27 is not the same as the photographs advertised. There is no parasol over the outside dining so it is extremely hot and you are unable to dine outside. There are lots of stains on the blinds, our Internet, TV and oven would not work until it was arranged to be fixed the late afternoon after we arrived. The whole villa could do with a complete refurbishment as it is looking very shabby and stained. The kettle only holds enough for 2 cups, the toaster is a tiny 2 slice which is no good for the size of the villa. The pool was the highlight of the stay. Sun around all day and beautifully clean. Downsides: Anastasia organised our transfers with Andrea's, we had the quoted price in writing and the flight times of us arriving from UK and my daughter and family arriving from Holland 2 hours later. Anastasia advised Andreas would show us how TV, aircon oven etc worked, he did not know, he also did not know he was picking my daughter and family up after picking us up! Even though Anastasia had called me up at work the day before we left to confirm it all. People just arrive unexpectedly during the day, pool, repairs etc, they do not announce their arrival or even speak to you! So, if you are sunbathing, cover up!! We luckily found another transfer service for ourselves who were amazing and brilliantly priced, so look around as Delfini are very family company there to get more money from you but not helpful at all. Nick from Imagine was very polite and courteous and arranged the repairs, so thank you Nick. We will not be using Delfini again, there are much cheaper and much nicer villa's so look around!!. Delfini are the only ones that offer no refund, at all!. Also, if you use over 250 units electricity they will take it off your deposit! No mention of this in the small print, only in the welcome pack, letting you know so you won't be shocked!!

The size of the villa was fantastic and a great location everything you need is literally 10 minutes walking distance beaches protaras strip etc

A lot of dogs barking all day and one I particular all night long but that can't be helped by owners of villa, I think the kitchen could of had more equipment and the floor around the pool was very slippery so I think when staying with children it's more 4yrs up friendly. The address on booking.com is inaccurate as every taxi driver was confused when explaining.

The 1st property we arrive was terrible ,the pool was very dirty and we were not able to use it ,The house was very dirty,the TV was not working also the wifi had problems to connect. Kitchen fasility where poor and very old. the Furniture especially the beds where very old.When we moved to the second property it was very good.
