Villa Ricky

The location was perfect we landed and arrived really late and was impressed when we go into the villa we had welcome drinks water wine cereal for the kids milk etc

The villa is in need of an update sofa was stained tiles were broken and missing decking was broken the pool was filthy until the last day of our holiday when the cleaner turned up

The location for this villa is amazing right on turtle beach just a few feet away . The seas is so clear and blue/green it’s stunning . We swam with turtles on several occasions. On the edge of town so lovely and quiet but only 15 min walk to Protaras strip or a short walk along the coast to lovely bar and restaurants . Nice pool and lovely large villa. Pool cleaned regularly and good clean midway through with new sheets and towels . I feel the location is unbeatable . The surrounding area in a quiet estate of villas was also great .

The villa could do with a bit of an update , something’s quite tatty ( kitchen cupboards, tiles , dishwasher missing slats so hard to fill ) The decking around the pool also has lots of screws in not completely flush especially around the edges and gaps where the slats don’t meet , could be a pain if we had children . Saying this it is still a great villa with a lovely location and we would defo ally come again tomorrow .

the property was in an excellent location. we hired a car so we could explore this area of the island. the stretch that the villa is on is quiet and respectable. The Villa company were EXCELLENT. Great communication & so helpful. The Villa itself was comfortable and the pool was brilliant. The photos of the Villa are outdated as it’s not in as good condition as it looks in the photos. There was damage to outdoor flooring (which could have been dangerous) and tiles were missing in the downstairs bathroom to name a few. But this didn’t really affect our stay as the staff were great. There is a little cove at the bottom of the garden with clear water, perfect for a little snorkelling. We saw puffa fish, an eel, & hermit crabs. Likely to see turtles in warmer months. I would recommend this property, the photos are of the worst damage, the rest of the property was ideal for us.

A few faults in the property needing a little time and attention to fix.

Excellent location with easy access to different beaches, a short drive to shops for food. Clean pool and shady garden perfect for young children. Wonderful view and air-conditioning in every room. Lots of space for more than one family. Host was available and very helpful.

Power cut off occasionally when using too many appliances, but easily resolved once speaking to the host.
