Dirty, cushions and sofas covered in cat hair Basement bedroom not shown in original listing photos, was damp, smelt, poor ventilation, towels stayed wet after shower use, not suitable for use, described as the dungeon throughout our time there, not even any wifi available down there Decking not treated properly, splinters, screws sticking up, couple of boards raised, trip hazard Window shutters, one didn't close at all, several slats missing on both bedrooms, very bright in the morning Dishwasher was not working when we got there Cold and no quilt or blanket, just a sheet for 1 bedroom Visitor book said a visit on Monday but staff arrived Sunday morning as we were going out so couldn't discuss everything - they had changed the day but not amended the records Had to complain whilst there and difficult to get a response, blamed it on the owner and booking.com
