Warm / cozy atmosphere for this 38 m2 apartment refurbished by us.
Work and decoration were carried out in our image as for us so that you feel at home there. Focus on bedding. Functional, well-equipped layout and modular dining area.

At the bottom of the apartment there are two Brasserie Bar "Le Pari's" and "La Locomotive" open for lunch on weekdays.
In the station is a Hypermarket with a large shopping arcade.
In the rue du faubourg bannier 3 minutes walk, there is a Supermarket and all the food shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent, hairdresser, bar, restaurant) and the Media Library.
Less than 10 minutes by Tram to be on the main square of Martroi, the heart of the city with the cathedral. Tram stop "Louis Braille" 50 meters, Orléans train station 5 minutes on foot.
