Beautiful, calm, relaxing accomodation

Beautiful old villa and amazing location above the lake. Amazing atmosphere and views. I especially loved to wake up on the sounds of birds singing all around. Host was very reliable and easy to communicate.

Missing many small basics things, for example, we have been 5 persons for 5 days and got 2 toilet papers, 4 coffee capsules and 3 dishwasher capsules. I am sorry but thats not enough. Especially 4 coffee capsules for 5 people for 5 days? We bought ourselves everything but this is something what host should think about when renting for the future.

Home away from home - enjoy the Dolce Vita at Giacomazzi House

What a lovely welcoming house - we enjoyed our stay as family here. You are away from the noisy main road around the lake and yet you can enjoy a perfect view of the lake from even different spots around the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are large and enjoyable. You can take an easy walk to Malcesine (ca. 30 min) or just down the hill directly to the lake (ca. 10 min) - the way back is always including a little excerise as it is steep, depending on the road you take - but therefore you have a really unspoiled view at the end.

no complaints - maybe a washing machine would help, but that is now problem at all.

beautiful Italian cottage!!

lovely setting looking over the lake! We loved having our own space and being able to host our family on the lovely terrace. Travelling with a young baby was difficult but the hosts made the cot up ready so she went straight to bed after a long journey!

it is quite far out/up a huge hill! We had a car so we didn’t mind a all!

Superb

The location was very calm and quite. The garden is beautiful and you enjoy a great view to the sea. The help and support on site was great. We traveled early March and did only realize late that all attractions and lot of restaurants are still closed. Valentina helped with recommendations for restaurants. We can only recommend the place.

Too short, to be repeated asap !

Fantastic traditional stone house surrounded by lovely park-like garden with breathtaking views. Private retreat from bustling Malcesine whilst just a quick 10 minutes walk to the lake. Super responsive and friendly hosts with outstanding hospitality and responsiveness. Could not be better, everything you wish for !

Vacation in paradise

Wonderful view to the lake, close to Sport-Camp Stickl, beautiful garden, host super friendly and available (when we were looking for a brush to clean the griller, we had it 30minutes later).

Traumhaft mit super Ausblick und herrlich ruhig!

Super Lage, alles im „bäuerlichem Stiel“ aber sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Ausblick auf den See top, wenn man sich orientiert hat ist auch der Weg hinab zur Innenstadt kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleine Anmerkung: Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern wären gut- wir hatten einiges an „verschiedenen Tieren“ im Zimmer.

Einfach - perfekt!

Giacomazzis Haus ist eine Wucht - in allen seinen Facetten. Die Außenanlagen dürfen genutzt werden ohne Einschränkungen. Allein sie sind eine Augenweide mit dem herrlichen Ausblick über den Gardasee. Das Haus steht dem in nichts nach. Ein wunderschön hergerichtetes älteres Haus (auf dem neuesten Stand) bestückt mit bildhauerischen Kostbarkeiten, Terrakotta-und Marmorböden - alles künstlerisch gestaltet. Man erkennt, dass der Besitzer ein begnadeter Künstler (Maler) war. Das ganze Anwesen strahlt auch heute noch die Ruhe aber auch Leidenschaft aus die der Maler gelebt hat. Seine Kunstwerke - ein tiefer Einblick in die Seele. Wir waren beeindruckt. Hier stimmt wirklich alles und es übertrifft die Erwartungen. Auch die anwesenden Familienmitglieder bestätigen und ergänzen diesen Eindruck. Einfach großartig.

Nichts - alles Zusätzliche könnte nur stören und den Eindruck verwischen.
