TOP, eine super erholsamer Aufenthalt!
Die Anlage befindet sich fußläufig ca. 20 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Sie befindet sich an der parallel Straße zur Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem extrem ruhig. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Platz für die Fahrräder gibt es auch. Wir hatten eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung mit eigenem kleinen Garten. Jede Wohnung hat seinen eigenen Außenbereich (Balkon oder Terrasse). Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut aufgeteilt und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Das Interieur war mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt, unsere Wohnung hatte das Motto Gelb. Die Matratzen waren gut. Der Pool direkt vor der Wohnung war ein Glanz. Groß genug um sich ab zu kühlen und kleine Bahnen zu schwimmen. Am Pool standen liegen bereit, in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Die Vermieterin empfing einen sehr sehr herzlich und war super lieb & freundlich. Sie war die ganze Urlaubswoche nicht zu sehen, war aber vor Ort und man hätte sie immer ansprechen können. Vor ihrer Haustür stand jeden Morgen ein Korb mit frischen Eiern oder auch mal Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten, die man käuflich erwerben konnte. Es stand ein kostenloser Wasserspender zur Verfügung. Glasflaschen für das Wasser waren ausreichend in der Wohnung vorhanden Im Keller stehen ein paar Fitnessgeräte zur freien Nutzung bereit. Eine Sauna gibt es auch, die haben wir aber nicht genutzt

Собственик апартаментов придумал что кондиционер это дополнительная оплата также стиральная машинка тоже дополнительная оплата ! Он не удосужился проверить в booking за что мы сделали оплату ! Сервис отсутствует ! У нас в номере отсутствовали пульты от кондиционеров !( у нас было позднее заселение , собственница сказала что она живет в этих апартаментах , звонок не работал для вызова администратора . Мы мучились всей семьей ночью с маленькой дочкой 6 лет было очень душно ! Это просто был ад !( утром я услышит просто извините я не виновато это booking

Wunderschöne Wohnung etwas abseits vom Trubel in Malcesine
Sehr schöne, saubere Wohgung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Gemütliche Terrasse und schönes Schwimmbad. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem ist das Zentrum von Malcesine fußläufig erreichbar. Besitzerin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento Calle al piano terra, tutto molto pulito e spazioso per una coppia come noi, cucina attrezzata, letto comodissimo e il giardinetto circondato dagli ulivi che il nostro cagnolino ha molto gradito. Posto incantevole immerso nella natura, sulla collina di Malcesine ma a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Proprietaria molto gentile e accogliente.
se volete tagliare giù per il lungo lago attraverso delle stradine nelle vicinanze, tenete presente che al ritorno la salita è abbastanza ripida per chi come noi non è molto allenato, però sono comode e in 10 minuti siete già sul lago.
