Great apartment with exceptional views. Well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony to enjoy the views over the lake. Air source heat pump was nice addition in late September (and must have on summer). The apartment located outside of the city and the area of the apartment was peaceful. It took about 20 minutes walk uphill from the city center - but was totally worth it to enjoy the views across the city every day. Easy to communicate with the nice host.
The apartment had tied floors which were quite cold on September without any rugs. The apartment also lacked a proper blanket and didn't include much toilet paper.

Wir waren im Oktober am Gardasee und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Malcesine.
Der Besitzer der Wohnung, Edoardo, hat uns am Anreisetag persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Als Gastgeschenk gab es sogar noch einen kleinen Behälter mit Olivenöl.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas außerhalb vom Ortskern, dieser ist aber in 10 bis 15 Minuten sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Appartment hat eine ausreichende Größe, ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon hat man einen super Blick auf die Stadt und die Burg.
Den Pool und die Tennisplätze haben wir nicht genutzt.
Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Allerdings waren wir auch in der Nebensaison am Gardasee und können nicht beurteilen, wie trubelig es eventuell im Sommer in dieser Appartmemtanlage werden kann.

Die Wohnung hat ein schönen Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Der Pool ist toll! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und der Vermieter super entgegenkommend. Gut fanden wir auch, dass der Ort und der Strand fußläufig erreichbar sind. Malcesine ist ein tolles Städtchen.
Es gibt einige Treppenstufen vom Pool und vom Parkplatz bis zur Wohnung zu bewältigen, uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung wäre es evtl. schwierig.
Der Kleiderschrank befindet sich über dem Bett, das ist nicht so praktisch.

The views from the balcony were magnificent. The pool was lovely as well. One of the beds was nice, the sofa bed was unstable and creaky and could not be used.
Our most important criteria was to have a washing machine. When we arrived we found that it was broken. The host didn't fix it, so we couldn't do laundry at all. The host didn't inform us of the broken machine beforehand, and he made it nearly impossible to arrange washing in his apartment. There was wifi in the apartment but no instructions on how to use it - we had to ask the host for everything separately because there were no general instructions (wifi password, different keys, recycling). The TV was unusable.
