Lovely place, set up with care
Lot of thought went into the whole place- layout, furniture, breakfast.
The ventilator in the bathroom didn’t work, and I wasn’t a big fan of the coffee and breakfast (but it wasn’t bad)

A comfortable stylish hotel with great staff and food, we loved it
Friendly, stylish and well run hotel in the town centre above its own restaurant bistro. The breakfast and other meals are outstanding with good veggie options. The decor is especially charming with artworks and animal themes in the rooms . One of the comfiest rooms I've had in a good many travels.

Characterful b&b with individually themed rooms. Very comfortable bed. Great location in the centre of Monmouth. Quiet, given its location. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Arriving in the dark, the key safe was difficult to see. Better lighting around the back door would help.
