The Black Cat was one of the cheapest options in Salthill on the night we stayed but it was excellent, right from the friendly welcome from the staff in the restaurant below where we checked in. The location is brilliant, right in the heart of Salthill and there is free parking within two minutes walk. The room was very clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed and there were some nice extra touches with large bottles of water and a large selection of teas and coffee. We would certainly stay again.

Location
The room was way too small, the road noise was bad and I could not open the window because of it so the room was warm and stuffy.
