I present our studio, bright, cozy, renovated, fully equipped, personalized attention, in the best area of Valencia, surrounded by leisure, restaurants, services, next to the North Station at 5m walk from Plaza Ayuntamiento and very close to Joaquín Sorolla (AVE).
Metro stops Xativa, Plaza España and Bailén, less than 200m away, and bus stop 200m to the City of Oceanographic Sciences or the beach. From metro stop Xativa 5 stops to the beach.
Rental of electric bikes and scooters in North Station (200m).
24h pharmacy and medical assistance point in 100m.

HOW TO GET:

From Manises airport:
Take line 3 or 5 towards Maritim Serrería, get off at the XATIVA stop (10 stops).

From the Valencia Norte train station. (200m on foot).

From Menéndez Pidal bus station
TURIA metro stop. Line 2 or 7 direction Torrent Avinguda.
Get off at PLAZA SPAIN (2nd stop)

Due to its size, the ideal capacity is for three people, although in the dining room there is also a comfortable sofa bed.
The dining room has curtains for your privacy between the rooms.
The windows are insulating from noise and outside temperature, (although in failures due to the holidays we do not guarantee absolute rest). Wood laminate flooring, stoneware in bathroom and kitchen.
Equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wifi, towels and bed linen, included in the price, are changed free of charge if your stay is longer than 3 days.
We put at your disposal different types of individual pillows, depending on thickness.

Parties and / or events, pets or smoking are not allowed.

She provided a good overview of both the flat and local amenities such as transport and supermarkets. The flat is conveniently located for the old town but also close to public transport. I stayed in Ana’s apartment for the summer while completing an internship in Valencia, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, Ana was the most kind, thoughtful, and accommodating host — always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, which made a world of difference during a long stay in a new country. Her support and kindness were a huge part of what made my time in Valencia so special.The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. It’s clear Ana put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and welcoming space.The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes from all of Valencia’s main attractions, with easy access to public transportation, a grocery store right down the street, and endless restaurants and cafés nearby. I felt like I was in the center of it all, yet the apartment still offered peace and quiet when I needed it.Spending the summer here was truly a dream, and I’m so grateful I found this place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia — especially if you want a host who truly goes the extra mile.

Having just spent the last two weeks in Valencia staying at Die Pause I would certainly recommend it. Be prepared for some serious step work as it is 6 flights up to the apartment. Once you have made it past this the accommodation itself is well maintained with air conditioning, dishwasher english netflix and washing machine. There is a comfortable double bed in the curtained off area of the living room and a single bed in the room around the corner (all open plan no doors). The shower room and lavatory area are just what any traveller would need (this does have a sliding door)A fully fitted kitchen with an induction hob for those wishing to eat in. If eating out is your thing there are plenty of eateries and bars all within a 10 to 15 minute walk. I would advise not to hire a car unless you intend to pay for parking every night as the on street parking is for people with resident parking permits (30 euro fine as we found out). We were provided with a travel card for use on the metro and bus services which are very convenient once you get your head around the routes (map was also provided).The landlady met us and checked us in, showed us around the apartment very helpful and spoke relatively good english. We did have a problem with the hot water but this was quickly remedied with a visit from the local technician, All together a great stay in this remarkable city.

This studio apartment is a fourth-floor walk-up in Chinatown. It's been modernized, the bed was comfortable enough, it was quiet except for remodeling noise upstairs over the weekend. however, the bathroom towels and shower curtain were stained, and I found long black hairs on the floor. when i texted the rental agent about it, she said, I'll let the housekeeper know.

Highly recommend this property & the host Ana. We stayed for 4nights as 3 adults ladies for a long weekend in Valencia. The apartment was perfect for our needs with comfortably enough space for 3. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could need. Location is great, 5/10min walk to the heart of the old town and very close to other transport links. Ana the host is excellent. She kindly collected us from the airport free of charge and gave us many recommendations of activities & food throughout our stay.

We spent a weekend with some friends in Valencia and we chose to stay at Ana's apartment. It is terrific how every detail in the apartment has been carefully thought out - in it you will find everything you need and more! We slept very comfortably, AC worked perfectly, towels were provided. And Ana is the most amazing host - I really enjoy staying at B&Bs where the hosts love what they do. Ana, we'll be back! :)

We had a great stay at this property. Ana our hostess was great and even picked us up from the airport. The location is very good a very near the high traffic areas and public transportation. The apartment is on a third (4 flights) floor with no elevator. It was not a big deal for us but might be for some. The space was more than enough for our party of 3. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. It included a small living room and a dining room. Full kitchen and laundry with amenities. The large fridge had complimentary water bottles. The room has various guide and useful tourist information. A/C was user controlled and very cold when needed. Bathroom was clean and well stock with essentials. We had a wonderful experience in Valencia and will definitively recommend this property.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The owner, Ana, is amazing. She picked us up from the airport and showed us on the map where everything is we wanted to see. Everything you need is present in the apartment, even umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the apartment is excellent; within a few minutes walk you're in the old town. Public transportation is very close too.

Great location within walking distance to the train station, amenities and 10 minute walk to the main square. We were able to watch the burning of one of the Las Fallas monuments from the balcony clearly which was ideal. Property manager Ana was most helpful in her communications and provided us with great information to enjoy the Las Fallas festival and highlights of Valencia. She was kind enough to meet us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, it was a cute apartment, clean and had all the amenities (and more than expected). Ana had purchased some snacks (cookies, olives, prosciutto, milk and other drinks) and a metro card was also provided for use during our stay. It was so nice not having to figure out the local transport system or worry about buying anything right away. Basic spices, oils, laundry detergent and soaps provided. etc. It is clear the host is attentive to details and cares that your stay is seamless. It is difficult to determine from the pictures online however there are 2 separate bedrooms (door was a curtain which didn’t bother us). The only deterrent for some people may be that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator (we were fine using the stairs but not ideal for those with mobility issues). Would highly recommend this apartment!

Ana was amazing, she picked us up at the airport at 10:30pm. While driving she gave us pointer of places to go. The apartment was stocked with everything you could possible need. She let us use a metro card which was simple to use. There are 3 metro station and Nord train station all less than 5 min walk from apartment. City center is a 10-12 min walk. Huge supermart is 3 short blocks away.

Our host was amazing. Location is great. Apartment is good and clean. Please be aware there is limited privacy and acoustic insulation as only curtains separate the three available beds. We had a very good holiday! The location is great. It is walking distance to the train and metro station and many nice monuments. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The flat has just been renovated with all equipments for daily living. The owner is very nice, calm and patient. /she told us a lot of practical infomation. Ana is a wonderful host - friendly, helpful,charming. She picked us up at the airport quite late in the evening which was so kind and practical. She explained everything about the studio in the studio and didn't leave until she answered all of our questions. I mesaaged her several times during our stay about restaurants etc and she always answered promptly. You literally could not find a better host. The studio is very comfortable - two comfy beds, aircon that works, brilliantly equipped kitched (like at home) and absolutely clean, loads of towels etc etc. Couldn't ask for more. Location - in a slightly older area of Valencia, but absolutely fantasic for ease and access. 10 mins walk from Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 20 mins walk from Cathedral, so the large Old Town on the doorstep with all its sights,monuments, bars and restaurants. 3 metro stations within easy walking distance - one for the new line 10 connecting directly with Ciudad de Artes y Ciencias (must visit in Valencia). Door to door to latter in about 35 minutes : brilliant. Studio is on 3rd floor up a relatively steep staircase with no lift as the building is classic old Spanish style. We are both almost 70 and absolutely no problem for us but, if you have mobility issues, this might not be the home from home for you it was for us. I mention this only as everything else was truly excellent. We will definitely go back again. Thank you so much Ana for your welcome and an introduction to the wonderful city of Valencia.

Anna was amazing- she picked us up from airport and left us loads of info for our visit and even left us a train card. Flat was very clean and had all essential requirements even down to a parasol for the beach. The only negative ( if you can call it that) was a slight smell from the kitchen sink. However, this is an old building in the middle of a city so we were not that surprised. We had a great stay and would go again anytime- thank you so much Anna!

After good initial communication, the day before arrival the host would not respond. We sent emails, phone calls and texts with no response. So after arriving in Valencia we had no place to stay. VRBO could also get no response. I would not advise you book this property.

Hallo Ana, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir in deiner Ferienwohnung in Valencia im Februar 2022 verbringen durften. Die von dir zur Verfügung gestellte Unterkunft entsprach von der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit her in vollen Zügen unseren Vorstellungen und ist für spanische Verhältnisse absolut Zufriedenstellend. Mit der Lage der Wohnung im 3 Stockwerk und vom kleinen Balkon aus, hatten wir einen herrlichen Überblick über das Geschehen, unten auf die belebte Straßenecke. Im Umkreis von ein paar hundert Metern findet man diverse Einkaufsmärkte, Apotheken und mehrere Restaurants. In fünf bis zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das Stadtzentrum mit ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bushaltestellen und die Metrostation, das empfanden wir als sehr praktisch und bequem, für einen Städtetrip. Des Weiteren hat uns "Ana" als Gastgeberin, über das gewöhnliche Maß hinaus, mit verschiedenen selbst angedachten Aktionen uneingeschränkt unterstützt als auch bei anderen Schwierigkeiten oder sprachlichen Problemen großartig betreut, weil sie ja auch neben der spanischen der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist. Sie trägt nicht umsonst die Bezeichnung eines Premium Gastgebers! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Susanne und Uwe

El apartamento esta genial, es un estudio pequeño pero muy confortable y reformado. Su propietaria Ana es encantadora, nos ha ayudado muchísimo en todo y ha sido muy atenta. Es una pena que esté 3 pisos por escalera sino sería perfecto. Pero salvo ese pequeño detalle el piso es muy recomendable. Además está bien situado, desde ahí puedes ir a cualquier sitio de valencia, en bus, metro, o tren. Gracias Ana!!!!

El apartamento esta genial muy bonito, pero es mejor ir sin coche, aparcar es imposible y encima seguramente tengas ahí a personas que te pedirán dinero por encontrar sitio para aparcar… Ana te explica todo y te da consejos sobre lo de aparcar, por esa parte un 10, tuvimos nosotros mala suerte porque hubo dos días que se nos apagaba todo el rato los plomos de los electrodomésticos aunque tuviéramos solo la lavadora, tampoco pudo hacer otra cosa que decirnos que lo sentía, mala suerte tuvimos. En general bien.

El apartamento es tal cual en las fotos, es muy centrico y puedes ir andando a varios sitios como la plaza de toros, la plaza del ajuntamiento, la estación del norte, eso si aparca el coche y muevete con autobús porque como nuevas el coche no aparcas, però puedes cojer los autobuses que estan muy bien comunicados con la cuitat de les arts i les ciències, con el bioparc y las playas. De Ana decir que és súper atenta , se preocupa en cada momento si te falta algo y os tiene preparado informació de dónde comer y que ver, te hace sentir como en casa. Gracias volveremos
