Very clean. The host was very very helpful and professional. she helped us get a taxi for the morning, and when the taxis arrived, she was there to help speak Italian and help us get to where we needed to go. She helped us with all our luggage both when we arrived, and when we departed. She really enjoys being a host and loves her apartment. That shows and everything there. Very good price.

The dogs in the neighborhood park 1/2 the night. But it was not the fault of the host. We could have used more seating in the living room.

Large apartment near FCO

Very large apartment was a luxury for our family before our flight out of FCO. 3 rooms and 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Even screens on the windows were a well thought out touch. The owner was prompt with communication and accommodating with checking in and out. Lungomare was a great spot to head for dinner. Safe secure parking and a quiet building.

nice and convenient, great hostess

very spacious, clean, well equipped. The hostess was very helpful with arranging for taxi, extending our stay by 1.5 hours past checking time (much appreciated), recommending restaurants and stores nearby.

location was great for airport access but not close enough to walk to the beach, not a complaint, just a comment for those that don’t have a car (we didn’t).

But Beds where comfy lovely and clean showers where small nice power and temp lots of space and plenty of equipment. Host was lovely people.

It was on top floor we had a disabled guest and i had to carry all bags myself as host left before bags where brought up. It was 40+ degrees and no fans and aircon with all the doors open you had some air but due to the extreme heat it was unbearable. Loud builders in the morning 7am and dogs barking all night also planes going over feels like they are ontop of your building. All these the host can not help 😒 its due to location unfortunately altho some fans and aircon would help so you could close the doors. Breakfast we didn't touch.

Excellent stay close to Fiumicino airport

Apartment has all you wish: It has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bath rooms, is on second floor with no floor above, has balcony on both sides, living room, kitchen with all amenities, there is some drinks in the fridge, Italian breakfast for next morning, parking behind a gate, everything was spot clean and the host is very friendly. It is 5 to 7 minutes drive to Fiumicino airport and about same time to the sea. It was an excellent location to relax the afternoon and night before my flight. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Hidden gem for families in Fiumicino

Spacious, clean, well equipped, friendly hosts, books and board games for kids, the list goes on and on, really excellent place, especially for families with kids.

Everything was great, the best place we stayed in Italy so far in terms of convenience, cleanliness, friendly staff, etc! Of course it would have been even nicer if the house had an elevator for carrying our heavy suitcases up to the second floor... I would recommend this location only if you use a car.

Beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment with very good location. It is near to Fiumicino centro, Ostia, Focene Beach and the airport. Antonietta's hospitality and kindness was exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

Ideaal verblijf voor vroege of late vlucht

Sympathieke eigenaar, fijne communicatie. We kwamen om 22 uur aan na een dag in Rome en dat was geen probleem. Ruime parkeerplaats op eigen terrein en dichtbij vliegveld, ideaal voor late of vroege vlucht. Schoon en comfortabel. Fles water in koelkast.

Geluid van vliegtuigen ook 's nachts maar onvermijdelijk als je dichtbij vliegveld verblijft.

Неймовірно чисто та охайно, пахне свіжістю, дуже затишно, є все для приготування їжі. Помешкання наповнене засобами гігієни, кавою, чаєм, є навіть баночки дитячого харчування на випадок заселення вночі, коли все закрито.
