Excellent location for the university

It is very close to the university, which was what I needed. Book in was really easy.

Since I was travelling down South, it served as a very convenient rest station

The biggest advantage of this property is its proximity to the train station; it was easy to find. The room was warm and the shower was hot, so everything was as it should be.Yes i would stay there again

Loud and disappointing

Location was central, bed was comfy

Photos were misleading, it was very small. Main issue was noise from other neighbours - when we arrived early evening there was loud music playing. We messaged on booking.com and also the contact number provided to raise the issue but never heard back - when we returned later in the evening there was again a huge amount of noise making it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately management did nothing to address this. You can also hear everything door open and near enough every conversation in nearby rooms. I think this would be fine as a place to pass out at at the end of the night but for any other trip I would not recommend...

The space inside the bedroom was the only real positive aspect of this property

In the pictures it looks like the apartment has the kitchen area built into the room complex but it is a very small shared kitchen area not ideal really given 7 other rooms share the facility. Although there are cameras within the property the actual safety of the place is very questionable Was meet in the morning by 2 guests inside the kitchen one obviously should have never been inside the property and made me feel very anxious and I went back to the room as didn’t feel safe one bit. The actual bedroom was advertised as a king super however it is 2 twin beds pushed together with two mattresses therefore a massive gap in the middle of the bed which is hugely disappointing given I’d payed extra for a king bed not two single beds Even the headboards were two singles pushed together not a full size king headboard!

Room 1 above a busy late night booze shop, not a great sleep. Also toilet system smelled when someone flushed toilet in the building.

communal kitchen was slightly annoying as people come and go a lot talking and banging doors and I had no use for it as had meals provided elsewhere. I understand this may be a real bonus for others.

Good value - but more functional than comfort.

Good location. Easy access via text instructions and lock box. Helpful response when I asked if I could check in early. Everything very clean. Bathroom nice.

Fittings could do with an upgrade. Cushions and throw looked very tired. Laminate floor cracked and tiles lifted. Very thin walls so can hear neighbours talking. Pictures do overpromise.

Lovely modern but cosy place to stay.

Very modern, pretty clean, minimalist but cosy and had good facilities, the cereal was a nice touch.

Was quite dusty on the back of the radiator and extractor fan but I only noticed because I happened to bend over in the right place ! Other wise no complaints.

The en suite room was even better than expected. Clean and well equipped, same goes for the shared kitchen. Good communication regarding check in. Top location, perfect for where we needed to be, just a few minutes walk from the station. Well insulated and relatively silent at night, considering its location. Great value for money.

Great stay!

stayed for one night while attending a wedding. The property was easy to access, bed was very comfortable, and having an ironing board available was really handy. The complimentary bottled water in the morning was a nice extra touch

Great Stopover

The room was excellent for a nights stop travelling north.

The surrounding area wasn't too nice but we were only staying one night and accommodation excellent.

Convenient location to city

The location was in the centre of Preston. The shower was modern and hot.

The stairs up to the room were tiny and many to carry bags up. The room was over a noisy roller door off license. No proper wardrobe. No coffee/tea facilities in room (we know it had a shared kitchen). No chairs to sit on only the beds. The room had a lot of wasted space where a desk or benchtop could be placed.
