- Clean and nice facilities. - All you need for a short and medium time stay. - Very safe and good illumination. - Very quiet.

- Unfortunately, the radiator made a metallic clicking sound some often, which was a bit of a nuisance during the night. - I didn’t like being asked to send a picture of my ID and download an app before check-in. Thankfully, the reception staff allowed me to check in face-to-face without any problems.

Freezing.

Good location for visiting Preston North End Football club. The room was clean and staff freindly.

The room was freezing, a tiny heater on the wall; we were warned when we checked in that the room was likely to be cold - why don't they turn the heating on when they know you are coming? The heater was on a timer and only worked for one hour and then went off, so when you went out or to sleep you came back/woke up to a freezing room. Not fun. With a new build you would have expected some decent heating. The room was much smaller than expected, I wouldn't describe it as a studio given the size. And an odd layout, if you sat on the sofa you couldn't see the TV, the only place you could see the TV is if you sat in bed.

Almost the perfect stay

Ease of access (when the key works as sometimes it doesn't). Cleanliness. Great space in the room. Quiet. Facilities are also perfect for what I need.

Logging into the wifi is very clunky and long winded. Can this be changed to just providing a key, passcode or that I only have to login once and all my devices can work off that login?

Room was cold 🥶

Good location, spotless clean, good size room, furniture new and well kept

The room was cold, the heating is inadequate. All you are given is a tiny 1000w cheap electric heater, which doesn't even stay on normally: it's got an automatic 2 hours timer that resets it to 15 degrees no matter if the room has warmed up or not. To make it worse, they installed the heater in the corridor near the entrance door, so that the heat transfers poorly to the centre of the room. There was plenty room between the telly and the bed, next to the desk and window where guests will actually stay, but no they thought that a cheap small heater near the door away from everything was better 👎👎👎

Very modern, clean property with great facilities, really handy having full oven, microwave and fridge with freezer box. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they bent over backwards to help my sister and myself whilst we were visiting our Dad in Preston hospital. We can’t thank them enough!

The labyrinth of the corridors confused me a bit. All signs were on 1st floor...not the ground floor. I didn't like the check in process...did you really need a pic of my driving licence?

Contemporary, Clean, Tidy and Great Location.

I know Preston very well and this little studio flat was perfect for my visit. 15 / 20 mins walk from the train station and less than 10min walk to The Ferret as I was off to there usual Glastonbury Ferret Weekender. Was nice having the Moorbrook Pub next door. Would happily go back again. Staff were also lovely and friendly.

Internet was pretty bad. Just kept dropping out. I wasn’t the only person to mention this. Be nice if they could sort this issue.

Best break ever

Beautiful well presented studio. Spotless and clean. Lots of natural light. Excellent and very comfortable bed. Amazing and attentive staff. Everything you need in comfortable surroundings for a break from a couple of nights to much longer stays. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return.

Spotless, silent and worth the money.

The room was perfect for what we needed, it was a great size, the bed was clean and comfortable, we had everything we could possible need. Even managed to make a steak dinner. The whole room was very clean and we had plenty of facilities including tea and coffee. The location was right next to a pub but we didnt go in, and literally down the road from a Tesco express if you needed anything.

The WiFi was a little bit temperamental but thats nothing new these days (in the world in general) but it was only really an issue at night so I assume thats when its peak time for more people being connected. The oven didnt work, not sure if it was a faulty oven or just us being a bit dumb but we tried every setting and nothing happened. There's probably a switch we should have pressed or something 🤷🏼‍♀️ but we managed to make a steak dinner on the hob so im not complaining.

It is a very modern and up to date design in the room and it is very nicely decorated. We had lots of storage space, cupboard space and plenty of sockets for charging devices (which I’ve found previously in different places there hasn’t been enough room to charge all devices). The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The only thing was that we were only giving 2 bath towels and a hand towel, we used the 2 bath towels and needed more towels. When we asked a staff member we were told that it’s usually only giving daily when you stay for a week, but we weren’t notified of this via emails sent that you had to bring your own towels so we weren’t aware of this or else we would of. The good side to this was we still got given 2 new fresh towels even though we stayed for 2 days, we really appreciated this as the weather was very hot.

Clean, studio apartment.

Modern Building with a lift. Our studio apartment was perfect for our one night stay with a lovely big shower. Was clean.

Our apartment overlooked the back of a nearby pub so noise and chatter was a problem. The building is also situated beside a really busy junction/main road in a rather run down area of Preston.

We didn’t get sent a key and didn’t hear anything from the property about it until we called hours after the expected check-in. There was a receptionist on and they were very helpful though and got us into our room. Room was very hot with no fan or air-con.

Rockprest Visit

The location of the place to where we were going (Rockprest) The simplicity of facilities and having 24hr reception or security. The staff you see were polite and helpful (we mainly saw the housekeeping staff) Lady in the office Friday afternoon was really pleasant. Surprisingly quiet (A good thing) considering it's next to a pub and on a busy main road.

Finding a couple of pairs of mens underwear in the bedside cabinet with socks. The Paxton Key card app we found hit and miss like the last time we stayed. However we should stay again as long as there weren't another surprise like that, just more for awareness that this is checked more thoroughly for others coming to stay.
