Lovely and clean, easy check-in, great facilities to cook. Tea, coffee and biscuit provided.
The only thing that would make better is a later checkout than 10am.

Good location, spotless clean, good size room, furniture new and well kept
The room was cold, the heating is inadequate.
All you are given is a tiny 1000w cheap electric heater, which doesn't even stay on normally: it's got an automatic 2 hours timer that resets it to 15 degrees no matter if the room has warmed up or not.
To make it worse, they installed the heater in the corridor near the entrance door, so that the heat transfers poorly to the centre of the room.
There was plenty room between the telly and the bed, next to the desk and window where guests will actually stay, but no they thought that a cheap small heater near the door away from everything was better 👎👎👎
