Está muy bien la recepción de 24h, y el personal es muy servicial y agradable. Queremos agradecer a la Srta. May y la Srta. María su amabilidad y la invitación al spa. Nos sentimos muy bien tratados. No sabíamos usar la cafetera y nos trajeron otra cafetera, el café, y unos chocolates con una nota de agradecimiento. Un 10 en trato al cliente, la Srta. May es una joya.
Las camas son confortables, y además de toallas, te dejan un albornoz y unas zapatillas.
La cocina está muy bien, con muchos armarios y suficiente menaje.
Los baños también están bien, uno es muy grande con bañera de hidromasaje, y el otro pequeño con ducha, pero más que suficiente. Y ambos con jabones de Rituals.
El WiFi, muy bien.
La ubicación es estupenda, porque llegas andando a todos los sitios relevantes en menos de 10 minutos.
El precio es elevado para nuestros estándares, pero es que es todo así en Noruega.
Lo recomiendo si vas a Tromso en grupo o familia.
Echamos de menos un mantel para la mesa del comedor, y algo más de cubertería. Y los interruptores de la luz deberían estar más claros, porque alguna luz no logramos apagarla. Nada realmente importante.

Recepción queda a 3 cuadras y no te dicen cuando haces el checking y debes llevar las maletas por la calle sin ayuda. Falta más mantencion del apartamento como cortinas. Mucho ruido con los apartamentos vecinos , no muy cómodo para dormir.

Spacious apartment. Clean and tidy. Accommodation was ok but we didn’t find it luxurious or good value at the premium price the hotel is charging.
Apartment is in a building away from the main hotel and accessed via a steep spiral staircase. Gives the impression that it had been furnished on a tight budget. No blinds or curtains at windows - whilst this may be common in Norway there is a lot of light pollution at night making it difficult to sleep and the apartment is overlooked from other buildings (particularly the main bedroom and lounge area). There was also a lot of street noise outside (shouting, etc.) in the early hours every night. The apartment generally felt a bit unloved with a few too many (mainly minor) issues which were flagged to Reception but not addressed. Only one door key is provided which is inconvenient if you are in a group. Location not particularly good for bus departure point if you are planning to join any tours.
