Property is well located. But due to the strike housekeeping staff was absent and we had to get towels etc from reception.
Lack of staff and bar wasn’t operational on a day due to national holiday

The sauna with a nice view and no one in there. Completely empty every single day I went to.

The location was convenient, especially for the cruise terminal, and breakfast was good. It was nice to have a sauna.
The cost for an extremely small and standard room (although called 'premium') was outragiously high. I paid extra for a sea view room but this view was only a 'side' view over the top of other buildings. The immediate view was of scaffolding and skips on the back of another building. When I first arrived, I was given the key to a room which was not made up. I then had to cart my luggage back downstairs (there was no offer of any help with luggage) and wait for more than an hour for the room to be cleaned. This really is a basic hotel for more than £400 per night.
