Pretty good hotel in the center of Tromso. Very close to the harbor and the central bus station. The breakfast was really amazing! Also, very helpful and friendly personnel.
The room facilities were not suitable for a 4 stars hotel. No minibar, no slippers or bathrobe and the list can continue. Nevertheless, the Northern Lights saved the holiday.

The location is perfect. The hotel is located in the city centre, close to the airport bus stop and bus station. The breakfast is amazing, with an incredible amount of cold and warm options.
It was very difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. The bathroom is very outdated. The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom floor completed flooded when taking a shower. It should be clearly stated on booking.com that there’s no onsite gym.

Location was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for better.
The rooms are small with the upper floors having no heating other than having to ask for a fan heater and extra duvets
Sadly for the money you will pay this hotel isn’t value for money, quite dated in areas especially the bedrooms
