Location was ok on the outer edge of the main strip but still walkable everywhere.
Washed/ dryer available for guests (have to pre pay and book a slot with reception)
My room was not cleaned once during my 5 night stay despite signs up in the lift saying rooms would be cleaned every 4 nights. Also meant I had to ask reception for more toilet paper etc. which was annoying.

Good location and overall facilities.
The bed was a bit worn out and made a noise and sank deep every time we laid on it. So not the most comfortable bed. The thermostat did not work properly. It was constantly changing temperature between 17 and 21 degrees, even when we did not touch it. The price is quite high for what you get. However, when comparing with other prices in Tromsø, it is rather reasonable.

The room was very clean, the heating was excellent, and the staff was incredibly kind. I loved my stay here and how it was in the heart of Tromso.
