Very close to the airport, modern, new hotel
Elevators took a long time, no free parking close to the hotel, expensive having small rooms, not suitable if you want to enjoy Tromsø downtown (bus or car transfer needed)

Views from the 11th floor on a clear day.
Comfortable bed, excellent housekeeping .
Artic bus stopp right outside, and Svipper bus opposite.
Shower head was small, and metal, so needed a descale.
No water in the room or kettle, so you have to go upto the 11th floor to get free 24 hour water , tea or coffee.
When on the 11th floor, you have to go to the 10th floor for the toilet.
Staff needed some training, was told the airport bus was every hour when infact its every 30'. I was over charged for water, and then highlighted it..instead of a refund, she recharged again.
I was staying Sunday - Thursday and there was never anyone on the help desk. Not every staff member can help you to book.trips etc ,so it was very annoying.
I thought the Moxy was very over priced for what you get. Knowing what I know now, wished I had stayed in the centre for more flexibility of things to do and save on taxi/ bus fares etc.
Food quality let this hotel down. I had the worst chicken salad of my life, limp lettuce, and tiniest shred of chicken. I never ate there again. They stopped serving at 9pm, and alternatives are just nuts, crisps and chocolate. Nothing for.late arrivals from the airport, not the best welcome.

Great views from the bar. Check in and check out uncomplicated and fast. Easy acces with quick elevators. Very clean and good beds.
Not enough value for the money. Tries (too hard) to target a young audience, but lacks in service propositions. Both of the above due to lean concept.
Feels quite understaffed, staff seem underpaid. This location deserves a proper inhouse restaurant instead of a mere shop/bar serving mediocre fast food.
