View from room and reception was stunning, amazing views over the mountains and lake. Room was clean and spacious, very happy. Staff in the evening were great and very knowledgeable about the local beverages and happy to chat.
Random gripe but the pool cues on the table were all busted which was annoying as it was clearly a while ago. Staff were ok but merely ok, morning staff didn't actually look at us when we checked out or stop their conversation. Would like a kettle in the room and not pay at reception or use the free area near the pool table.

Comfortable, clean and well located for the airport. Welcome cocktail a nice touch and breakfast is decent. Superb view from the top floor bar.

Everything is great, nice size room, it’s clean.
The music is so loud that people with autism disorders are not able to stay in the eating space or bar. You can’t talk to eachother and need to put on noisecancelling headphones, even than it was still very loud.
