lovely hotel in the heart of Tromso, very reasonably priced compared to others in the area and rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and totally unexpected that such a good spread would be provided.
only complaint would be the pillows were too thin and lumpy and the bed a little soft for my liking.

good location in the downtown area close to the port, bus terminal, shopping area, and restaurants.
Need some towel hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels.

Location is great, breakfast is phenomenal.

The breakfast was varied and good.
There was maintenance going on but this was told to us when we arrived.
We had been in this hotel 7 years before but it has deteriorated, not worthy of a 4 star hotel. No kettle and coffee facilities in the room.
No hot water in the shower.
€195 for 1 night + parking is way too high.
