Bed was super comfy. Coffee machine in the room was excellent. You could get extra coffee pods from breakfast. Plenty hot water. Heated bathroom floor was great. Location was good, short walk to places and bus stop.
Room was on the small size. Lack of hooks to hang coats up, especially required when the snow was heavy. On the days we let housekeeping in, dirty coffee cups weren't removed. Breakfast was very average, only pancakes on 2 days.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and WELL LOCATED. I arrived so tired, at 2 am and only had to walk about 4 minutes to get to the Main Street to grab food
I’d like to give a special mention to the night shift front desk staff. I broke my phone and he went above and beyond to help me. I truly can’t thank him enough for his kindness and patience.

The location of the hotel is in a prime spot near the center of Tromso with access to all local ameneties and the bus terminal which is the main hub for tours and excursions.
Hotel is clean, staff are attentive and the breakfast is OK if you are on the go.
Hotel room is really noisy, I could hear a loud humming noise from the first floor from one of the extractor fans. The room is small and the cleaners only made our bed and changed the bins and gave fresh towels apart from that nothing else was cleaned.
