The flat was very clean and the location of it was in a calm and comfortable area with walkable distances to all the main attraction points. It was very easy to navigate and get into the flat. On top of that, the host was mega helpful and was answering all my questions either by the call or via SMS before and during my stay. Moreover, this flat suits elderly people and for people with walking disabilities because the flat itself is in the first floor and all entrances have no thresholds.

We really liked the location which is very closed to the old town, airport, shops and restaurants. The property was spacious enough/very comfortable for 4 people.
From the description we somehow understood that there will be 2 regular bathrooms, but there is "only" one bathroom with shower (and toilet) and additional separate toilet.

We arrive much later than planned (2 am) yet the unit was not cleaned and prepared - beds were not changed, dirty towels piled in the washroom. We had no choice but to bed down and start our vacation. No acknowledgement from the owner. I noted the issue when we departed but again no acknowledgement.
