Good location but slept bad for two nights

Location and cleanliness.

The bed was soft and you rolled to the middle, it was very hot and no airconditioning, just a standing fan with a broken wheel that kept falling down. If you opened the window it was too noisy people talking and smoking till late at night in the patio on the ground floor of next building. The fan in bathroom did not work. When we left we were instructed to leave keys in the little box by the front door, we were contacted they could not locate the keys until I sent a picture of me putting keys in the little box.

The apartment was not clean. There was a very strong smell (similar to cat urine) coming from the main rug in the living area, which was damp. Some of the furniture was old, tired and dusty. We asked to be moved to a different property given the very bad smell in the apartment.

Would definitely come back I like the privacy location and a rooftop pool would have been awesome.

Great stay however sketchy advertising

The staff were superb we had an issue with the wifi and they sorted it out without any hassle despite us not being around during the day.the location was central. The apartment was clean upon arrival there was no turn down service during our stay. We had a fantastic experience with propr and at the cosmopolitan. I would recommend this place.

The only gripe I had was that I booked from booking.com which listed the apartment with an ocean view. This was a criteria for our stay as we wanted to wake up to the ocean every morning. After booking we were told that we would be staying at apartment 401 which didn't have an ocean view as advertised on booking.com. I suppose it didn't make much of a difference since we were out and about during our stay. I just wish they were a bit more transparent about the situation prior to us booking as we chose this option based on the pictures advertised on bookings.com. Had I known the view was not of the ocean I would probably have chosen somewhere else. However the facilities were clean and the location was prime. I don't regret staying here I just wish they were more transparent. We stayed for 5 nights and there was no turn down service so be aware of that.

The view, the facilities, the decor of the house, the underfloor heating, the experience was wonderful, shops were so close by and the beach is a walk away.

We arrived and there was no HTML so we couldn't watch TV. The concierge already let us know that this was the case as it was misplaced but nobody came to replace it.

Prime location in Sea Point - very easy lock up and go living.

The location is PRIME in Sea Point!!! you have everything you need within a 250m area. Organic butchery downstairs, TOPS Spar (probably one of the best stocked spar's around), VIDA Cafe, Vitamin drip bar, Beauty salon, Scheckters RAW (vegan juice bar and raw food) and a sushi place. 1 block from the ocean. Basement parking with lift access to apartment. 3-4 blocks away from MOJO Market. (various indoor food stalls and vibey place) The beds are extremely comfortable and the layout of the apartment spacious - very easy living. We overall loved our stay there and will definitely be back.

Cleaning / servicing of apartment could have been more frequent, was done once during our two week stay. (we were out most of the time so didn't have "heavy use" of the place - but still) Aircon is only in (lounge and) main bedroom and not other two bedrooms.

There is only air conditioning in the 1 Main Room and the living area. The other 2 rooms don’t have any AC and there are no fans. They also won’t bring you fans. Lots of road noise in the morning.
