Location, comfort, clean and tidy. Communication with host was seamless and the block is safe and secure.

Overall happy with the accomodation and very happy with the location.

Location was great for us-away from the main tourist area but walking distance to everything we wanted.

We arrived at mid night and It would have been nice to find some tea bags and long life milk in the fridge. We just found a container of milk that had gone off. A small thing that makes a difference. Windows are all single glaze which allows the considerable late night traffic noise in.

Fantastic location, great hosts who were accommodating of all of our needs and questions, the apartment had all the amenities we needed (washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, toaster, blender) and it was safe and secure.

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mitten in Sea Point. Sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage braucht und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und aufmerksam und man wird sehr nett empfangen. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.
