Prompt response from host, excellent location, spacious studio and balcony was an added bonus, everything was provided in the studio and all appliances and stuff was of high quality. Bed was big and comfortable. Decor nice and you feel you are looked after well and safe.
Using the code to enter the property proved to be sometimes difficult. Ans as we were two people using the studio we would have liked to have two robes provided instead of one.

Excellent prime location in Sea Point, close to shops and restaurants.
Neat, well-maintained room with a comfortable bed for a good night’s rest.
Thoughtful touches like cutlery, coffee, sugar, and milk provided - much appreciated!
Secure environment with access control for peace of mind.
Towels and blankets were sufficient for the entire stay.
Clean and tidy bathroom, which is always a big plus.
Wifi was excellent.
Lovely views of the mountain.

Check-in Experience
The check-in process felt complicated for someone unfamiliar with self-check-in and lockboxes. It required multiple steps and could be better explained upfront for first-time guests.
Cleanliness
The single couches and carpet had visible dust (photos available). While this didn’t affect our stay significantly as we were mostly out, it’s worth noting for guests who prioritize spotless interiors.
Noise Levels
The front door is not fully sealed at the bottom, allowing significant noise from other guests/tenants to enter, especially late at night. Additionally, the interleading door next to the bed offers little soundproofing—you can hear conversations and even coughing from the neighboring unit (and likely vice versa). This impacted sleep quality.
Guest Management
With no staff member at the entrance or reception, there’s no one to address concerns about guests arriving late and being extremely loud after 10 PM. This lack of on-site support can be problematic for guests or light sleepers.

Location is good. I have stayed at many places and this is the first one that actually had coffee, milk and sugar available!
The apartment is ideal for holiday and business travelers! Secure parking is also a huge plus!
