Lack of hangers in the cupboard
Towels were abit dirty on arrival

Kitchen chairs were broken / faulty
Problem with picking up keys, owner did not provide a pass for the first 2 nights so relied on consierge to let me into building

Location, size, comfortable bed, good shower and good size kitchen. Secure parking a big bonus.
Problems on check in getting hold of blipper for garage. This should have been sorted before we got there. A/C didn't seem to work, fan came on but no cold air. A bit tight on consumables e.g. one toilet roll for two people for a week! Location was good but could be noisy - we didn't mind but others might.

This is South Africa. load shedding is here to stay. provide your guests with a light or at least a candle. Being left in the total dark is just totally unacceptable. get an inverter or don't rent out your place or tell guests to bring their own torches
