A great apartment.

The apartment is spacious with a comfortable bed, lovely shower, and a balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a comfortable couch. The location is good, just one block from a beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars and the mojo market. We would stay again.

Check in instructions were a little unclear for as as we asked where we could park our hire car while checking in (and then returning it). If this is your situation simply park on the street and follow the normal instructions given.

Disappointing.

Beautiful location for the Cape Town Cycle Tour. Shot walk down to the beach and amenities.Plenty if towels and toiletries.

Place was not clean very dusty the main door and as I was assembling my bike I dropped a bolt and had to move the coffee table the dust and dirt seems like it never been cleaned for months. The fridge never worked so my food was spoilt and Harry promised to replace the fridge which he never did. He was aware that the fridge was faulty but still hired the place out. parking was on another premises basement packed with carnage bins which was not a nice sight.

view from apartment is poor for the price, tight curtains missing, too much light from both sides, not sound proof.

Ease, Comfort and a Great Location

The location is brilliant. Harry and Barbara got an electric blanket in to ensure my comfort during a cold snap, so very kind!

The kitchen could use an upgrade to fit in with the lovely new bathroom.

Locatie goed, flat zelf heeft onderhoud nodig.

Goede locatie, nieuwe badkamer en koelkast, schoon linnengoed.

Het geheel kwam gedateerd en haveloos over, behalve de badkamer was nieuw. Het was niet schoon en op sommige plekken zelfs vies. Nadat wij dit gelijk gemeld hadden, kwam Harry de volgende ochtend met de schoonmaakster (in opleiding) om naar onze klachten te kijken en zo mogelijk te verbeteren. Dit hebben wij gewaardeerd maar het is natuurlijk niet hoe het zou moeten. Het moet gewoon in orde zijn, zeker omdat we later in de revieuws lazen dat dezelfde klachten al eerder gemeld zijn. Harry heeft toegezegd dat er na ons heel goed gepoetst gaat worden door een professional en hij hij in de toekomst de flat gaat renoveren. Dat hopen wij dan maar. Wij voelden ons nu niet prettig in de flat en zijn een dag eerder vertrokken om in een fijne accomodatie onze vakantie af te sluiten.
