The hotel was beautifully presented and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate and everything we needed was available. The breakfast was lovely with a selection for all tastes. It was close to amenities and restaurants.

A wonderful 3 night's stay in this exceptional hotel. If we'd known how good it was going to be we would've stayed longer. Our room was perfect, the service was perfect, the perfect host, thank you so much Shin for looking after us and the food was just to die for. We cannot recommend this fabulous Hotel highly enough. Outstanding and a big pleasant surprise.

Breakfasts and all cooking absolutely outstanding. Tuesday evenings had Malaysian food which we weren't expecting, but it was excellent and clearly very popular with local recidents. Everyone very friendly and keen to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Would recommend to any potential visitors.

A cute little room, with A/C which was good. Very friendly, attentive staff, especially Shin, who served breakfast each morning.

Kind people are everywhere and especially at the Bath House Hotel.

Breakfast was great with a wide choice of dishes. Lunch and dinner of a very high standard, traditional with a modern and/or Asian twist. Reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel part of the family. Karine, Shin and Ron are kind people who do a lot for their regular customers, particularly older ones, and for the community as a whole.

A Warm Welcome

Amazing breakfast, fresh and well presented, plenty of choice. The hostess was very approachable and professional but friendly in the right way too. Comfortable and spacious room. The restaurant food was delicious and eating there really relaxed atmosphere. Central location for town but remarkably quiet.

I can't think of anything, I'll definitely return if I have the opportunity.

Wonderful hotel with amazing restaurant downstairs

Amazing gem of a hotel with a great restaurant downstairs. Checkin was efficient and personal, which was a nice touch. Room was clean, warm, and well equipped. Ate in the restaurant for dinner. Set menu on a Tuesday which was a little disappointing as I'd seen the a la carte menu on the internet and really wanted to to try it, however the set menu was delicious, and great value for money (although no choice, so good job I liked what was on the menu!) All the staff were great, so friendly and welcoming. Bed really comfy and I slept well. Breakfast was delicious again, good selection to pick from. I had salmon and poached eggs. Perfectly cooked. Parking available on the street outside free after 6pm until 8am. I think there was another carpark nearby if you need to park longer than overnight. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

We had a very warm welcome to this small family run hotel in central Chard. This continued throughout our stay and excellent evening meal in the restaurant… breakfast was equally delicious 😋

Nice location, parking fairly straightforward at the back of the building, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast!

Room was a little small with 4 people - not really anywhere to put our bags.
