Stylish, comfortable flat in a great location.

Really liked the decor and comfort of all rooms. The flat was warm, attractive and well located.

Contrary to previous reviews there is no longer the ability to have a car parking permit due to a change in regulations. This does not reflect on the property.

Brilliant location

The flat was great very clean it had everything you needed. The shower cubicles were small and the bathroom could maybe do with a shelf to store toiletries. But other than that we had a fantastic trip and there was plenty space in the lounge and bedrooms.

The apartment is ideally situated for accessing all that Bath has to offer. The long stay car park is a 5 minute walk and represents good value for money and was really large, plenty of spaces. The apartment itself was very well appointed and clean and decorated/furnished to make it feel very welcoming and homely. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We appreciated the lovely little touches the owners arranged as a welcome.

I would have been great to have had a permit to park outside for duration of our stay. especially as we were travelling with children.

Great location; lovely flat; highly recommend

Fantastic location; lovely decor and set up; a beautiful setting. Highly recommend - just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bath. Louise also arranged a virtual parking registration for the duration of our stay, which meant we didn't have to worry about parking costs during our stay.

Pleasant

Good location and pleasant maisonette.

The shower in the main bathroom was so hot it wasn’t bearable to use. No storage in the top floor bedroom and the shower there wouldn’t drain properly We felt the cost was expensive for just a two night stay but maybe comparable for other similar properties in this location.

Superb

The only criticism we had Was in the top bedroom, there was no storage, no where to hang you’re clothes . Apart from that we loved our stay the maisonette was stunning so quite & peaceful

Great city break Family travel

Lovely airy top floor maisonette, only a 10 minute level walk into the centre of Bath. Living space and beds very comfortable. Get in contact with host to arrange a free virtual parking permit - we managed to park right outside on the street

Although shower cubicles are a good size not much space in the actual shower room to manoeuvre. Bedroom are on different levels which may be an issue for family groups

Stylish top floor flat

V attractively furnished, nice big comfy sofa, essentials such as tea, coffee pods, milk, washing up liquid etc all provided. Big Sainsbury’s 2 mins walk away and easy walk into the centre of Bath via the old Green Park railway station or along the river path which you can access at the end of the road. Quiet location with no passing traffic. We were given early access to leave our luggage and freshen up which was brilliant - thank you Kate :)

Both bathrooms are v small. The shower is full height but there was restricted headroom above the basin - it was ok for me at 5ft 6 inches but anyone taller would probably find it v awkward when using the washbasin! The top floor bedroom also had restricted headroom either side of the bed because of the sloping ceilings so care needed getting in and out of bed. Not much that can be done about it in a Georgian terraced house but worth mentioning so future (and potentially tall) guests are aware in advance.

We would use the property again but with the few improvements above to improve the experience

The location was very good and very quiet. Bath was easily accessible from the property. Generally we were quite happy with the apartment

The Wifi couldn't be loaded on three of our phones. Louise, the owner, was very helpful but it didn't help us. Netfliks worked on the TV but when i managed to load the Wifi it came up as no internet access so we couldn't use it. We also found there were plenty of wine glasses etc but only two glasses for water or fruit juice. The shower door on the shower in the roof space was off its runner so we had to repair it. Lastly in the details on Booking.com , and correspondence from Louise, there was no mention of a street parking permit until the Sunday before we left. By then I had booked a Just Park space but the owner was kind enough to cancel it for us id not we would have lost £23.
