Nice location, but the apartment felt cluttered and not professionally prepared, so our experience did not fully match t

• Central location close to the town and amenities. • Comfortable bed • Check‑in worked out in the end and a local person helped us find the entrance.

The apartment did not feel professionally prepared for guests and looked more like a family home temporarily rented out. • Decoration and layout felt cluttered with a lot of unnecessary items, and decorative objects, which made the space feel less neat and welcoming. • Overall impression was less clean and organized than expected, especially considering the very high rating on Booking, which left us doubtful about the level of professional service. • The entrance was hard to find at first; clear directions or better signage would really help future guests.

The Eden suite is absolutely gorgeous

We booked one of the larger Nocturno rooms, but due to a fellow guest error, and our room becoming unavailable, the hosts kindly upgraded us at no extra charge to the Eden suite next door. What an amazing apartment. Newly kitted out, very spacious, and obviously in a perfect location. Very very quiet at night. The hosts had even provided fresh fruit, water, a wonderful selection of teas, coffee and even a couple of bottles of Le Choufe beer. Marvellous. Although not always available, if you do require a couple of nights (minimum booking) in a spacious apartment, then we can highly recommend it.

Fantastic location and spacious property with lots of amenities. Communication was good and access so easy. Free parking nearby (or around the corner). The little treats left for us showed the nice touches by the hosts. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again 😃

Exceptional

No breakfast included, but bakeries around the corner and coffeemachine in the apartment. Not luxurious, but simply everything you need. Close to many restaurants. Meals possible in the apartment as well: lots of take away food in the street to the town. Very nice hikes in woods nearby.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the village.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was very freshly decorated and well equipped. We only stayed for one night but it would be an excellent base for a week or more. The owners were very helpful indeed. Everything about it was first class. The local village is very attractive too and the property is very well situated.

Nice 1 bedroom apartment on street level in the center of La Roche-en-Ardenne/well equipped kitchen

Was not informed in advance how to pick up the key; so had to disturb the owner even if room was ready. No window from the bedroom so not possible to get full airing.

Nice location, incredibly friendly landlord, many moskitos

conveniently situated in the heart of La Roche en Ardennes; very warm welcome even thou there was a language barrier; incredibly helpful in organizing our route back on public transport despite the fact that there was supposed to be a strike

Unfortunately many Moskitos. There was a mokito-net on the backward window but that appeared to be leaky.

Perfect little appartment in the center of La Roche, owned by wonderful people, we loved it.

The location was amazing, literally 50 m from the main street, with free parking nearby and a supermarket within 50 meters. The apartment is brand new and very well furnished up to the finest details, with lots of "nice little things" inside (coffee, tea, milk, chocolates...) And the hosts are extremely nice, very responsive and welcoming. Big recommendation.

If I had to nitpick: Some coat hangers at the entrance would be useful.

Amazing stay in a great appartement

Its not a room, its an appartement and it's so nice to stay here. The rooms (kitchen/living/bedroom) are nice open and enough space. We have really enjoyed our stay here and recommend this location to anyone searching for a spot in La Roche.

If I have to pick something, it is that I couldn't watch TV from the bed. That is honestly the worst I can think of.

Joli studio proche du centre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte, qui était globalement agréable et bien équipé. Toutefois, il manquerait au minimum une brosse pour pouvoir nettoyer un peu pendant le séjour, ce qui serait vraiment pratique. Un grille-pain serait également un petit plus appréciable pour le petit-déjeuner. Par ailleurs, il serait utile de faire quelque chose contre l’humidité dans la salle de bain, qui est assez présente. Enfin, la rencontre avec la propriétaire a été un vrai plaisir : elle est accueillante et sympathique, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Fantastisch

Wat een lieve dame die dit allemaal doet ,haar naam Jenny, super behulpzaam,en zo een mooie aankomst,ze had een plaats voor ons om met de auto te staan. Er was koffie aanwezig Senseo,er was vers fruit appel banaan en appelsien,2 keer chouffe,minute soup en thee en amai te veel om op te noemen. De bedden waren ook goed voor ons. Wij komen terug en dit staat vast.

Leuke plaats om vanuit te wandelen

Fijne functionele locatie in het centrum, dicht bij de supermarkt en restaurants. Gratis parkeren voor de deur en anders voldoende mogelijkheden iets verderop. Keukentje (wel zonder kookplaat en pannen), iets opwarmen kan in magnetron. Wandelroutes onder andere vanuit het centrum.

Wij genoten van een heel fijn verblijf.

Nocturno is prachtig gelegen in het centrum van La Roch. La Roche zelf is heel aangenaam met meerdere restaurantjes. Schuinsover is er een Spar waar we onze inkopen konden doen voor onze fietstochten. We konden onze wagen gratis parkeren in de straat. De eigenaars zijn heel erg lieve mensen. Kortom wij waren heel tevreden.

Super appartement om je verblijf nog meer glans te geven!

Alles was te gek! Prachtig appartement, heerlijk bed, superruime douche. Mijn fiets mocht binnen staan. De Spar supermarkt is op 30 meter, alle restaurants binnen 400 meter….wat wil een vakantiegangert nog meer!!!

Tout dans l'appartement est bien bien pensé. Le sanitaire, le petit salon, la cuisine, la bonne literie. On a loger au rez-de-chaussée avec un parking gratuit à côté de la maison d'hôte. Merci aux personnes qui gèrent le Nocturno pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. On reviendra !

Un accueil très chaleureux, plusieurs petites attentions à notre arrivée très sympathiques . Appartement bien agencé, décoré avec goût Un petit coin terrasse „privatisée „ avec mobilier confortable et fleuri. Des conseils sur la restauration proche, sur les activités. Un très bon feeling avec nos hôtes charmants ++ Nous y reséjournerons avec grand plaisir

En séjour avec mon fils. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le logement était parfait dans le centre et calme. L'accueil et les petites attentions laissées pour notre séjour. Tout était parfait, nous n'avons manqué de rien.
