Good stay poor breakfast

All the Christmas decorations were still up really nice

A very hospitable and friendly staff

The staff was very friendly. The receptionist told about his family roots. I still can't pronounce his name, but I am very grateful for his hospitality and friendly attitude. Definitely coming back.

Due to the region and typical guests, French was the main language. Therefore, knowing only English and Dutch, not every staff member was able to help me.

Lovely stay in the center of Coo

Wonderful hotel right in the center of Coo. If you do not have a car to be able to stay outside the town, then there are not too many options in Coo anyway. This hotel is one of the best, and we could get the best room of the property -- number 10, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was a wonderful stay. We also loved the staff and the restaurant of this property. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was decently large for the price, and it came with a balcony and separate annexed entrance. The view from the balcony was really nice, even though it faces the inner courtyard. Everything in Coo is within 2 minutes from the hotel, and we would highly recommend you to walk 10-15 minutes to each end of the barrage (Petit Coo and Grande Coo) to get two different views of the lake.

The property is really nice, and we can't complain much. Only a couple of small points to improve would be a little better cleaning for this price point (especially the bed linen) and some decent options for tea/coffee in the room (there was only a single tea bag). Some fittings in the room may also need a little maintenance and repair, but nothing serious. Overall, decent place to stay in Coo, as most of the places in the center looked and felt quite similar.

Nice place, good hotel

Spacious room with balcony, bathroom was big with big shower and jacuzzi bath. Area was nice in the center of the small town Coo. Nice big restaurant with big terras, good food and service.

Cleanliness could be a bit better. Bathroom has some work to be finished, like pieces of tile missing on the sides of bath. A clean toilet brush and the towels smell unfresh. Room some details as fingerprints all over wardrobes.

A beautiful place to stay by the river!

A lovely place to stay right by the river. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around. Very peaceful

No lift access, so carrying luggage up a couple of floors is difficult unless you are able bodied (I wasnt at the time). Not a complaint but just worth knowing

Short stay in paradise :) <3

Very friendly and helpful staff and management, very clean comfortable room with nice bathroom and small balcony. Great food, great restaurant terrace. Breakfast was okay. Location is super, 10 min walking from the railway station, nearby several restaurants/cafes next to the river and nearly on top of the falls. Surely worth the price. Will stay here again.

The furniture in the room is old and needs to be renew. The are no elevators. For hot days it's difficult to stay in the room. They should at least provide a fan.

Central location, breakfast was very good.

The location was nice. It was central to the area we wanted to explore. The breakfast was very good. You could make your own eggs if you liked.

The rooms were old and there were only 2 electric sockets in the room. Many of the closet doors were locked (don't know why). The actual toilet seat was broken (the part you sit on). While you could make your own eggs for breakfast, you had to wait a long time to do so when someone was before you.

The breakfast was very good.

The property spoilt the dress of my girlfriend which was given for pressing they put a mark on the dress they compensated for the dress however took back the dress from us. It was not a nice gesture from them where they spoilt her favorite dress. I would have appreciated they had informed they didn’t have staff for pressing the clothes. The room wasn’t clean for the price we paid and the staff were quite rude on us for expressing that they had made a mistake.

The location was good. Breakfast not much choices, I thought the price of the breakfast was a bit expensive for few choices available and 6e for an 11 month old baby kind of expensive.

Net hotel met restaurant aan parkeerplaats direct bij watervallen van Coo

Gelegen aan parkeerplaats in Coo. Op vrijdag 2 januari was parkeren daar gratis en waren er ruim voldoende parkeerplekken vrij. Prima kamer (groot bed en klein bed) (kamer 13). Kamer was goed verduisterbaar met rolluik. Restaurant onder hotel. Daarnaast zijn er in de directe omgeving nog een aantal restaurants. Heel dichtbij watervallen van Coo ("Petit-Coo" is niet zo heel groot). Televisie bood ruime keus aan zenders waaronder NPO1 en NPO2. Prima Wifi.

18 Euro per persoon voor een ontbijt vond ik wat duur, dus dat hebben we niet gedaan. Het zullen wel de kosten zijn. Op zoek naar de parkeerplaats van het hotel reden we een doorlopende weg in. Uiteindelijk gratis en openbaar geparkeerd op het plein.

Buiten de trap alles goed

Gezellige kamer en leuk gelegen.

De trapbuiten is niet makkelijk en maakt wel lawaai wanneer je hem gebruikt. Spijtig dat ze niet verwittigd hebben dat deze niet kan gebruiken wanneer je moeilijk trappen kan doen.

mooie gerenoveerde kamer , koelkast aanwezig , badproducten , handdoeken : alles was er en werd dagelijks aangevuld of vervangen . Ontbijt dik in orde : veel keuze in beleg en vers fruit ; ook vers fruitsap en koffie a volanté
