Comfortable and quiet guesthouse in Amel

Very nice and comfortable hotel, just aside of the church in Amel / Amblève, Very comfortable bed, modern nice bathroom, nice balcony, Delicious breakfast, Very quiet place (at least in the middle of the week)

De kamer was wat gedateerd, maar wel inorde. Het was proper, in badkamer was alles aanwezig.

Het ontbijt….18€ per persoon per nacht….. voor 2 croissants en 2 pistolets, beetje beleg en wat fruitsap, potje yoghurt en koffie. Wel dat noem ik bedrog. We hadden beter zelf naar de winkel geweest en ontbijt daar gekocht , hadden we veel meer gehad en uitgebreider. Dit was echt teleurstellend.

We genoten van een heerlijk ontbijt, dat zeer gevarieerd was en voldoende. De kamer was proper en de omgeving stil. Zalige douche en het bed was ook top.

Das Fernster konnte nicht zu 100% abgedunkelt werden! Einzige Môglichkeit zum Abendessen war mehr als 500m entfernt!

Chambre exigue, salle de bain très vieillotte pas du tout en rapport avec les photos mises sur le site. A notre arrivée, hotel fermé, on a du téléphoner à la propriétaire pour venir nous ouvrir et donner notre chambre. On avait l impression d'être seul dans ́ hotel

Booking hatte geschrieben, Fühstück wäre nicht möglich - zum Glück totaler Unsinn oder ein Missverständnis.... Frühstück für 18,- war sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber. Tolle Zimmer.

Es ist ein Geisterhotel. Ausser uns ist niemand im Haus, check in über eine Telefonnummer, die am Eingang klebt. Es ist sehr bedrückend hier zu übernachten.

Herzliche und großzügige Unterkunft

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Wir hatten für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt das große Haus für uns und haben wegen der Hitze ein extra großzügiges Zimmer auf der kühleren Schattenseite bekommen. Seit Tagen endlich wieder gut geschlafen!

De prijs-kwaliteit is okee! Het was overal netjes. Ontbijt is meer dan okee. Alles wordt aan tafel gezet. Het is er rustig.

Je moest een telefoonnummer bellen om in te checken, niemand aanwezig. Badkamer kan wel een upgrade verdragen maar voor die prijs wel best okee en proper.

Uitstekend ontbijt, goede en zeer ruime kamer, parking voor de deur en alles bijzonder proper.

Jammer : geen restaurant noch bar/café meer (was er vroeger wel). Gezien Amel een klein dorpje is kan je nauwelijks elders terecht voor een versnapering of dergelijke...
