Good location, easy parking, good breakfast but time for a room re-vamp.

Second time in 2 years at this hotel. American couple staying for 2 nights in early December. Late check in, so grateful that our key was left on the desk. Room was adequate. Only had a double with whirlpool bath available when booking. Parking was plentiful, free and easy. A good location in the heart of Wiltz and next to the river. Breakfast was very good. A good mix of the usual European options, fruit, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts, fresh bread etc. Good coffee.

Unfortunately the provided mini fridge was not working and the tv remote was dead and it was late when we wanted it so we didn't follow up but should not need to. Only a bath tub with whirlpool feature and shower faucet (room 15) but no shower curtain so if you didn't want to bathe, water got all over the flooring. Not hotel's fault but noisy and very inconsiderate guests drinking and being drunk-noisy until 2am in the courtyard below our room and throughout the building on BOTH nights. Older building so you can hear a pin drop in the room next door. The profanities were flying. Sorry to be the kill joy but I had to shout out of the window at 2am to please wrap it up, we had to be up and out by 5.30am. :( Fixtures and fittings in the rooms are a bit tired at this point and for the price point (>$200 per night) time for an upgrade.

The property was in great condition a little bit outdated but it’s not your regular 3 star hotel, very cozy bed was incredible and service was very good the breakfast had great quality items nothing really bad to say a bit of dust under the bed of the room but still quite clean

Pleasant but I will not be staying there for the second time.

The staffs were amazing especially in the restaurant and receptionist. The location is also good near supermarket.

The food price were overpriced and the taste were basic. We had lunch and breakfast there. The hotel was inc breakfast but the breakfast was so basic that is better to take exc breakfast and have it somewhere else.

Great for a short stay, nice pool for after hiking.

Good breakfast, everything was replenished quickly. Nice pool, with reservation system but barely used. After asking at reception I could usually privately swim within 30 minutes. Otherwise they also have shared hours in the morning and end of afternoon. Single room had a big enough bed and great bathroom. Pretty close to public transport too, which is all free in Luxembourg.

Hotel consists of 2 buildings, the orange building has the swimming pool on the ground floor, so it does smell like chlorine there in the hallway.

Excellent stay in general

I loved the location, the bedroom decoration, the comfortable bed, the view of the trees, the great food at the restaurant, the very good breakfast, the beautiful terrace, the very nice swimming pool and sauna, the sympathy and professionalism of the staff.

The room was too hot and it had no shades. The closet had only 2 hangers and no place to hang them. They offered the option of half a dessert and charged almost a full dessert.

Staff need training and facilities are ordinary

The restaurant was good in the evening but the breakfast was average to ordinary

The staff were indifferent to us - basically the staff are right and the guests are wrong - particularly the ginger haired waiter. He just shrugged his shoulders and disclaimed the information on Booking.com saying we should only use his website (I wonder how many reservations they get through Booking.com v their website?). There is NO electric vehicle charging station as listed on Booking.com - we picked the hotel as we wanted to charge). The swimming pool and spa area are only available for private reservations so we could not use. The hotel is more like a hostel - the bathroom door does not close as it was swollen, and the furniture is basic. The hotel did not answer our pre-arrival message requests and finally they gave us the wrong room. Overall disappointing.

Great swimming pool with hydro-jets, great for aching muscles after a long ride. Motorcycle parking by main entrance, out of sight from main road, and felt safe. Lovely restaurant and fun waiting staff.

The pool and the possibility to reserve it for private use, it’s perfect after a long hike!

The bed was too hard, despite the info on the website there was no coffee machine in the room (only a kettle) and no hairdryer.

Large Room, comfy bed. Small shower cubicle, but plenty hot water and shower gel etc. Enough wardrobe/drawer space in the more rustic style (door had a key-key!). Had a safe and a small fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK enough, continental only, but lots of choice and fresh fruit. Location was good, there are bars/restaurants near by and there was plenty of parking. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was good, although horrified that the €28 bottle of red was only 500ml and the bottled water was €6.80.

Excellent location. Supermarket nearby. Clean, very spacious room, good beds, good shower, friendly personnel, good restaurant.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are too limited. Breakfast buffet is limited, but ok. A little more choice of bread would be nice and for a hotel in this price category I would expect someone asking you at the table if you would like eggs and bacon. Though if you don't explicitly ask a staff member, you won't see any. The coffee machine isn't up to it's task.

Attractive older building. Comfortable room. Very clean. Quiet day and night. Strong wifi. Convenient supermarket nearby. Excellent breakfast included.

Unless you walk across the bridge over the stream straight to the hotel, it's not easy to find driving in form the back as there is no signing.

The location was good, near the town centre but quite. We liked the river view.. The breakfast choices were varied from the buffet. It was great to be able to order bacon and eggs freshly cooked.

We were rather disappointed and were expecting more for the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean.

The room we stayed in seemed pretty old. The woodwork looked worn and a lot of pieces had chipped off. The building also smelled like bleach, which didn't exactly make us feel at home. The restaurant of the hotel is very large, but horribly understaffed. We had to wait a very long time before we got service. Breakfast buffet was also rather small. Not a lot of choise.
