Nice hotel in a superb location.

The room was lovely, with a fantastic view of the castle and church. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. A really nice hotel in a great location.

Not a big deal, but one of the bedside lamps wasn't working. Otherwise I'd be struggling to find fault.

Property was nice and clean. Sauna was a great and free experience Included restaurant had nice quality food and cocktail bar was great!

Walls are paper thin Could hear people going at it at multiple hours of the day. Breakfast has no scrambled eggs or hot food. Parking not included. Small (max 10 cars) and have to call to reserve. Information not included on page Bed was cheap, pillow was so thin it felt like ass

Very nice place for a short stay, super comfy bedding, good food.

The room and the bathroom had been completely refurbished recently so it was a good surprise because it was way nicer and modern than on the pictures of the hotel. The beds were super comfy. The staff (mainly the lady at the reception) was very nice, kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast gives a large choice. The hot stone massage I took as extra was very relaxing.

The people going with their noisy children at the swimming pool of the spa. The fact that there is only one sauna for two people included in the price. You have to wait for other people to leave. The hammam is extra and the infrared sauna as well. They should definitely add a jacuzzi. Just one little thing not really bad but worth saying: having two beds instead of a big one isn't very cosy when you want to sleep in your lover's arms.

Breakfast and Customer Service. If you would like to experience typical Luxembourgish customer service then come to this hotel. They offer a breakfast without the choice of eggs! When requested scrambled eggs, I was told yes but left waiting. After enquiring where the eggs were, I was told that the chef said no and the waitress couldn’t remember who asked for them! The breakfast was a disgrace in quality, quantity and range. It was not fit for a small child.

enormous size of family room layout of the room facilities

automatic light in walk in closet (since it was a corridor from bed to bathroom as well), not convenient when going to the toilet at night

The location was great, within walking distance of all the sights. We were only here a night so that was important. The room was lovely and spacious, it had a balcony which got the last of the days sun which was lovely. The wifi worked well and for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was really good, it was a buffet style and had a nice variety.

we arrived on Friday way before the check in and without any problems they let us go up to our room. It was unbelievable
