Kind and helpful staff, comfy beds, great location, free parking spots, dog ‚friendly‘, big breakfast

This was my second stay. Although I booked the same room as last time, this time I was given one that seemed much smaller than the previous one. So small, in fact, that the bed was pushed up against the wall on one side to make any space at all. This room also seemed to be showing its age, which is strange since the hotel is still so new. The window shutters were broken and hanging crooked, there were disgusting stains on the walls under the nightstand, the floor was scratched, and mold was growing in the shower. Didn’t feel as comfortable as last time. And then there was the issue with the dog: I brought my small 5kg dog with me. They charged 25€/night for her! That is simply brazen. I have stayed in many hotels where I brought my dog and I have never had to pay more than 35€/stay for her, so 75 is literally insane. Unfortunately, that was probably the last time I booked here—or at least the last time I'll do so when I'm traveling with my dog. Quite the disappointment.

Clean rooms, easy parking at location. Microwave and cuttlery available, in case one wants to dine in the room.Shopping mall and other shops nearby.

No refridgerator in the room. The area is just after the border with Belgium, next to the road.

1. The room was not all that clean, especially the bedding. 2. The ceiling was very low so 1/4 of the room was not usable. 3. Bathroom door was transparent glass...?
