Perfect experience except for the room deposit

Really modern hotel set in a beautiful lake/forested area just outside of Weiswampach on the northern Luxembourg/Belgian border. The hotel itself is new and extremely modern with luxurious furnishings, a nice restaurant / lobby and spacious modern rooms. We booked the apartment room with master bedroom, kitchenette , bathroom, dining area, and TV room. This is perfect for small families. The room overlooked the pine forest and lakes - ultimate relaxation and luxury. We could not really faulty anything at the hotel.

Didn't like the fact that we had to pay a deposit of 50Eur p.p. per night. In this day and age shouldn't a hotel have insurance for minor breakages/ losses. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel where guests are paying upwards of 200Eur per night.

Beautifully designed with a tranquil lake view. Very comfy beds, excellent breakfast.

We had a small issue with the room, however Anastasia sorted it out straight away and was very professional.

An interesting modern hotel , very comfortable with good food

A very modern and luxurious hotel set within an interesting landscape. The staff very friendly and helpful. The facilities all very new and modern. The room was very comfortable and the food was first class. We were well looked after.

- A modern hotel with modern rooms. - I enjoyed my staying because of the design walk in shower (could slip, use bath slippers). - Spacious balcony ( 2 chairs & 1 table present) where u enjoy looking at the nature end the lake. - You can sign in with your private account to Netflix or Youtube and stream (Super facility). - The isolation was perfect, no sounds or what so ever. - I slept like a baby on the mattress. - Enjoyed the tea & Coffee machine in the room and the refrigerator. - Airco works perfect. - The staff were kind. For instance: i opened the lid of the pan holding scrambled eggs, which was empty. Within a second a staff member showed up and ordered het colleague to prepare fresh made scrambled eggs. Very nice gesture, surprising me positively.

- Disposable bath slippers would be perfect. - I did not use the Restaurant or the bar so no comments concerning that.

Great hotel with a great view and very friendly staff.

The hotel is brand new (opened since january 2025), the ambiance is very good, the staff is very friendly. Regarding food, dinner is good, with quite some Japanese touches mixed into the dishes. Though for Dutch standards a bit expensive compared to what it provides. Breakfast was great with lots of choices to choose from.

The blankets of the bed were a bit too warm for my taste. Mentioning this to the staff they acknowledged it and we were told they were searching for thinner blankets for the hotel. Keep in mind that the hotel just opened, so I'm sure they will find a perfect solution in time.

Everything was good. The breakfast, the room was very clean and spacious and the view was very nice. And what I appreciated most was the quietness.

Het was geweldig.

Alles was perfect, het ontbijt was zo ongelooflijk uitgebreid, echt geweldig! De kamers waren superschoon en netjes, de locatie is top, in 1 woord fantastisch hotel. Maarja, het bestaat pas 1 jaar dus alles is nog nieuw. Jammer dat het zwembad en wellness gedeelte nog niet gereed was, maar als dat klaar is, gaan we zéker terug!

Prachtig hotel en luxe ontbijtbuffet!

Prachtig hotel en een superluxe ontbijtbuffet. Er werd een welkomstdrankje aangeboden en het personeel was vriendelijk en sprak meerdere talen. De roomservice was tevens voortreffelijk! Nette, mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Badkamer was erg mooi, grote douchecabine.

Omgeving om het hotel is erg mooi, je kan er mooi wandelen, maar heel veel wandelmogelijkheden zijn er niet. Je hebt een klein rondje die je kan lopen in de bossen rondom het meer, maar verder daarbuiten zit je wel snel in een drukker gebied met veel autoverkeer en mensen. Mooie plek voor een weekendje weg, maar voor meer wandelen moet je Luxemburg wat verder ingaan.

Séjour en pleine nature dans un hôtel récent, agréable, confortable avec un personnel aux petits soins pour les clients. Agréable ambiance dans l'établissement. Délicieux plats originaux proposés par le restaurant. Déjeuners très variés et de qualité proposés pour satisfaire les envies gourmandes de tous. Parking vaste et en sécurité.

Tout est tellement agréable... Nous attendons l'espace balnéo qui est actuellement en construction. Rien trouvé comme point négatif à signaler...

Alles war perfekt , das Frühstück hervorragend , das Zimmer sehr sauber , geräumig und sehr komfortabel . Das Bett war auch sehr komfortabel . Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen und auch hier waren wir sehr zufrieden .

Grand confort au calme

En pleine campagne et proximité des bois. Un hôtel de standing, mais loin de rien. Parking et borne électrique. Hotel de 89 chambres cosy. Welness en construction et abords en aménagements. Accueil très pro et chambre avec terrasse juste parfaite (frigo, terrasse, …) literie de très bonne qualité et grand calme. Bar pour boire un verre (pas d’assiette à partager) et restaurent gastronomique pour une belle soirée.

À améliorer, le catering. Petit-déjeuner quantité insuffisante (8h50) œufs, saumon pas regarni mais il faut demander. Au bar le serveur au comptoir m’a fait me déplacer pour signer la note alors qu’il avait une tablette en main, fatigué ? Le 4 services au Sensa est très bon et bien équilibré. La sélection de vins parfaite mais le rappport qualité quantité prix est surfait de minimum 20 € (il ne suffit pas de mentionner Mattagne) pour le vin des fonds de verre ! Menu entre 55 et 65 € et des verres de vin à minima moitié plein serait parfait.

We hebben heel lang (1u) op ons dessert moeten wachten. Er was die avond precies wat personeelstekort.

Het ontbijt was heel lekker. De kamer was modern en voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. De kamer was heel proper. en heel groot.

We hadden wel wat problemen met de elektriciteit die af en toe uitviel. Meerdere keren moeten melden.

Heerlijk en ontspannen weekend in Luxemburg.

Fantastisch mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie in de natuur. Alles prima in orde, heel netjes, strak en gezellig.

Iets te weinig personeel in het restaurant. Ze hadden zoveel werk en moesten heel de tijd lopen waardoor je snel en onpersoonlijk bediend werd en bijna niets wierf te vragen. Voor een restaurant waar de prijs hoger dan gemiddeld ligt, mag de service wel iets professioneler zijn. Idem bij het ontbijt. Heel lekker, veel keuze, maar koffiemachine was meermaals leeg, niemand bij de show cooking, potten met warm eten leeg. Wel spijtig voor een ontbijt van 30€ p/p. Verder was alles uitstekend!

Situation exceptionnelle pour les amoureux de la nature. Hôtel moderne avec toutes les commodités . Chambre et salle de bains très spacieuses avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Personnel accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner, varié et de qualité. Bar sympa.

Le restaurant n'était pas accessible à la carte mais uniquement au menu le soir de notre réservation. Nous aurions apprécié d'essayer celui-ci au choix.
