A lovely renovated and roomy apartment in an excellent location, steps away from Duomo on a quiet side street
The apartment is on the top floor of a building without elevator. There are 78 steps to go up, not for elderly or people with big luggage. Also, the kitchen was not that well equipped, I would have liked some basics like olive oil, salt…

Apartment was beautifully presented, spacious and very comfortable. Facilities especially the bathrooms and kitchen were very good, clean and modern. Location, within sight of the Duomo, was fantastic.

We only stayed one night, but it was a great deal for a well-located and comfortable apartment, just one block from the Duomo and near the Academia. Comfortable beds, a spacious living room, high ceilings and lots of light.
No elevator. Walking up four flights of stairs with luggage. While the apartment decor is more cared for, the common areas are a little shabby. The furnishings are cute, but Ikea quality, so they are worn over time and with use. No hot water in shower.

Lage sehr zentral, zu Fuss knapp 20 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Wohnung war sauber
Wohnung ist für Reisende mit Gepäck nicht gut - ein altes Treppenhaus ohne Lift - wenn der Koffer wiegt ... :-( die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig - mann kann nicht nur hören, ob der Nachbar Nachts auf's Klo muss, sondern (leider) auch was er gerade macht ... sehr laut die Betten sehen bequem aus, sind aber eher sehr hart & unbequem
