Great location if you are going up to Fiesole or La Pietra and also want to be close to downtown. Very clean, nicely appointed, reasonable kitchen (stove, fridge, and oven), super quiet. Family-owned and friendly.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. My questions were answered promptly and they couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating! We booked the same day for four days and we were so grateful. If I had to ask for something, it would have been a dish towel:) Everything was walkable! Including a reliable laundry service & supermarket. Air conditioning a plus! If we come back, we will definitely try to book there again!

Kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. Very complete. Perfect and quiet air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Clean and complete bathroom. 5-minute walk from the center and plenty of places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket a few minutes' walk away. Everything was just perfect!

What a great place to stay. Mariella and Vitoria were nice and friendly during checkin and checkout. The building is all renovated, clean, quiet and offered all comfort we needed. We'll be back!

This is a fair distance from Florence City Centre, so be prepared to walk and/or bus/tram/etc. Shower head was so bad it needs replacing. Everything else was fine, just the shower was a bit run down. Feels dated, but still comfortable. Can get noisy outside as there's an Irish pub.

Very easy to get to from the Florence train station. Quiet area but easy walk to the main areas with the duomo and restaurants. The room was very spacious and pretty. It had everything you would need for a longer stay with a tiny kitchenette.

Great place to stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and check in and out was easy. This hotel is in the restricted traffic area of Florence so if you’re driving stay somewhere outside this area.

This property was in a great location for us. Walkable to all the major areas and on the edge of the busier tourist area. Check in went smoothly, even though our arrival was delayed by hours by airline. Host was in contact and greeted us upon arrival after 10pm. Our apartment was spacious and clean, very comfortable for our 2 week stay. Staff was absent most of the time so very little interaction with them. An unfortunate incident for us was that we returned after dinner having been away all day to find our door was wide open, with dirty towels and the trash just outside our door. We immediately called the hosts, who brought us clean towels. Their response to this was that the cleaner must have forgotten. Said everything was safe in the building, they were around most of the time. We were appalled at their lack of concern. Thankfully all our belongings were still there but it could have been a disaster.

We loved our stay at Palazol Branchi & would highly recommend. However, we did find our pillows uncomfortable & found we couldn’t get the right temperature in our room (always ran on the warmer side).

Upon arrival, we were received by a hostess, who was lovely and walked us through the room while giving us any information we would need. Nowhere in the tour did she mention any rules or instructions in regard to the use of the air-conditioning (AC) *keep this in mind*. On our third night there, we got back around 9pm from a full-day tour, to our AC turned off and the only remote to work the AC was taken away from us. No note, no explanation, nothing… just took it from us as if we were getting punished. We guess their reasoning was because they didn’t agree with how we had the AC set, but again, we weren’t given any rules about prohibiting us from being able to use it. We obviously messaged both numbers given in the room’s folder since there is no receptionist or staff around by this time, but no answer. Lastly, we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door and they STILL came in to take the remote and empty the trash cans… very unsettling with our belongings in the room.

Quiet area of downtown Florence. 10 min walk to Plazza de Flori which was stunning. Another 5 min to Uffizi and Pointe Vechio. Clean apartment with everything you need. Very large shower in 4 piece bathroom. Lived my 6 days there. Shops round the corner for milketc. Would definitely stay there again.
