Everything about this stay was amazing! I am a huge stickler when it comes to cleanliness - the room was impeccable. The breakfast was amazing and hot, they kept adding fresh rotations of eggs/sides. The staff were always available and friendly. We traveled with 2 kids, one being special needs, and we all enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Very quiet room, great location, unbeatable price.

Dirty!!!! Our room had a dead cockroach when we arrived on the living room area and the kitchen. Next day we found another dead cockroach by one of the bed then my sister when she woke up in our last day there was a cockroach on her bed!!! Then when we looked at the wall there was a cockroach crawling and us fully alive!

The staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The location is great, easy access to the freeway.

The hot tub was out of order, that was a big draw for my stay so we were disapointed. Our room was old and outdated; water stains on the floor/dirty walls/carpet stains/obnoxiously loud bathroom fan that went on with the light switch. We found the king bed to be extremely hard and were cold in the night with super thin blankets. My son was not comfortable on the pull out sofa either, the springs of the mattress were very lumpy and the sheets/blankets were very thin and even stained.

the space inside was nice, to have a kitchen in the room giving a studio look was nice.

it was dirty and had bed bugs in the bed and furniture.

Breakfast was a full meal, complete with eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, cereal choices, oatmeal, pastries, coffee, fruit, yogurt, juices. Wonderful preparer who made sure all supplies were restocked as they were used. It was nice to have a 2 bedroom unit.

When we arrived, the refrigerator was not running and was completely warm inside. Hadn't been turned on in a while. The breaker had been tripped, so once that was fixed, it seemed to work ok. It was only about 57 inside upon arrival (30 or so outside) and turning on the heat did not bring the temp up past 64 in the few hours we left for dinner. Maintenance had to come and make some adjustments. The heat came on full blast and warmed the apartment to 73 within 30 min! However, something was wrong with the thermostat, as it never cycled off to the setting of 73, but instead heated the apartment to over 80 by 2 a.m.! We got up an shut the heat off to get it to stop. The second day, Maintenance again looked at the thermostat while we were out, and night 2 the heat seemed to stay at 72-73. Finally, the garbage disposal wasn't running. Apparently, it had also tripped a breaker at some point, which, once fixed, it ran just fun. It just felt silly to keep calling maintenance! Their worker was very nice and helpful, but it was a lot of issues! The apartment was definitely older, with some worn places in the bathrooms, but everything was clean. It's important to note that the kitchen only had cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, 2 sharp knives, and 2 pans. If you plan to cook much, better bring your supplies! Luckily, we had brought essential items.

There was a critter in our room during the night. Is like to say it was a mouse but it sounded to bug to be a mouse. Luckily I didn't see it, onlly heard it.

Breakfast was good.

Breakfast Bar: We were glad to see fresh apples and oranges in the breakfast bar and delighted to see Rainforest Action Network-approved coffee, which means the coffee is sustainably and humanely raised, harvested, and processed. Thank you! Room(s): The kitchen in the first room had place settings for four, a frying pan, a sauce pan, and a colander, along with plastic cooking utensils. The edges around the floors were clean. Compliments to the staff on that! The kitchens in both rooms were clean and larger than expected. Cooking was easy enough. Housekeeping personnel were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast Bar: Small amount of oatmeal swimming in a kettle full of water. Ugh.The eggs were dry each day we tried them. The mini muffins were so unappealing we didn’t try them. The granola tasted like sawdust and sugar. So not a great breakfast. Room(s). First room: Filthy carpet. Disgustingly filthy. There was also a stain on the sofa cushion. The shower mat was glued down—over what felt like a gaping hole about 4x6 inches. No grab bar. We went to the front desk to tell them of the hole. The clerk asked whether we wanted to be moved to a different room (!). It was nearly 3:30 before they had a room ready for us to move. Once more, the carpet was filthy. This tub had no glued-on bathmat, but it did have a visible repair that ran about two feet along the bottom edge. It was a little squishy feeling, but did not seem dangerous. But here’s the real klinker. The toilet clogged on the first flush! Overflowed! Water all over the bathroom floor. The front desk sent a guy who handed us a plunger in a plastic bag that had muddy brown water in it and quickly left. Unsuccessful at plunging, we called for help and a mop for the flood. The guy brought bath towels and sopped up the mess, then left the wet bath towels on the floor. The commode in both rooms was tiny, like you find in a nursery school where the staff do potty training. There was neither cutting board nor frying pan in this kitchen, but when we asked, they gave us one of each. The knives were difficult to use. I suggest bringing your own if you have arthritis and need safe, well-cared-for knives for safety. There was a mascara stain on one of the pillow cases, and we weren’t entirely sure the sheets were fresh in either room. They had wrinkles like you see after sleeping on them.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was perfect for a family traveling together. The pool area was very nice with a group gathering area.

Maintenance is a little behind. Pool and spa were cold.
