About this apartment rental
The Belvedere is a two bedroom first floor apartment with a king size four poster bed and a king size sleigh bed, there is also a single Z bed, and a cot is available upon request.
The four poster room boasts a en-suite bathroom with a good size shower and sink (no toilet). This room is particularly suited to a romantic weekend for two.
The second bedroom whilst not as large or impressive is the master bedroom is nevertheless of a practical size This room contains a King size sofa bed and is usually where the Z bed is accommodated.
There is a large lounge with comfortable seating for 6 adults, with a colour TV enabled with a Roku device allowing customers to access their own streaming service. Wi-fi is available throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The dining table will seat 4 persons comfortably and up to 6 at a squeeze
The apartment is situated on Ramshill Road a short distance from Valley Bridge. It is ideally located for all of Scarborough's key attractions, with the Esplanade, beach and town centre easily accessed just a short walk away. It is within walking distance of the many shops, cafes and bars in the Ramshill and town area, a convenience shop and real ale pub are just two minutes' walk away. Just a short drive will take you to the North Yorkshire National Park, similarly Whitby, Bridlington, Filey are just along the coast. Nearby in Pickering you can board the North Yorkshire Moors steam train that will take you on a trip to remember through the glorious Esk Valley. And of course York is only 1 hour away.
The Cleveland Way National Trail is only a few 100 metres away; following the trail north takes you to Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby or south will take you to Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head.
Accessibility: Regrettably there is no lift; access to the apartment is via a flight and half of steps. Doors into the apartment are standard width although the main bedroom and lounge doors are generously sized.
We do not cater for hen/stag parties or pets.

The property was superb, comfortable and welcoming,
The location was close to the town and beach front, however it is worth noting that there are a number of steps and steep hills to get to these locations, would be difficult for persons with mobility issues.
We were able to contact the owner at all times, if we had any questions, and was extremely helpful.
We would certainly recommend this property.

Beautifully furnished, immaculate, spacious first floor apartment. Cleaned to a very high standard. I loved the kitchen! Very central location within 5 minutes walking distance to the South beach. We found everywhere we wanted to go, including the Open air theatre on North Beach, was no more than 30 minutes walking distance. Despite having a main road running past it, there was very little traffic noise to be heard in the apartment. On arrival Liz the owner made contact to ensure everything was OK, and was absolutely brilliant in keeping in touch prior to the booking with prompt responses to my queries. Highly recommend this apartment.

The first-floor apartment is spacious and light, in a good location ten minutes walk from the South Bay.
It’s very nicely presented with comfortable seating in the large lounge. The kitchen is light and airy with a secure stairway down to the rear of the property. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, everywhere was clean and tidy.
Liz left us a basket of goodies, with wine, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee and lots of other basics.
There are local shops very close-by, a friendly pub across the road, a fish & chip shop five minutes away and a lovely Italian restaurant also within easy walking distance.
We all enjoyed a very pleasant stay here.
