*30 day minimum* Charming 1/1 Condo, 410 sq feet across from the beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Beach (Between Washingtonia and Pine Beach Portals). Newly furnished with West Elm mid-century modern decor. All of the comforts of home yet walking distance to Publix, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea’s amazing restaurants and nightlife, and Sunday market. No need for a vehicle. Eleven unit condo community with covered outdoor space, communal pool and shared laundry. Condo association requires background check for tenancy.

Our stay was fantastic, and Kevin was an outstanding and helpful host! The unit had it all… absolutely clean, full amenity with supplies, and prime location on El Mar (right up the block from all the stores and restaurants on Commercial). I would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting LBTS and our sincere kudos to Kevin for such a wonderful place… thank you!!

I rented this property for my in-laws who were visiting from England. All I can say is 5 stars! Kevin is one of the most attentive property owners I’ve met. Everything from pre-arrival, arrival, communication and check out was white glove service. The condo is as described and more and exceptionally comfortable for 2. Completely touch button everything from shades, to music, door entry, etc. all the amenities are there! I live in east Fort Lauderdale, one of the benefits of this property is the proximity to the grocery store and directly across the street from a beautiful beach access that is not crowded. Everything at the property is in pristine condition. What a beautiful arrival down to a hand written note and bottle of bubbly! We will most certainly book with them again!

I rented this condo for one month and it was perfect! The condo is modern, clean and quiet. Lovely pool area and walking distance to the beach. Kevin is a pleasure to work with and promptly responds to your questions. The condo community was so friendly to me and a lot of fun...they felt like my second family! I can't wait to come back next year!

Great beach condo!
I stayed at Kevins place for a little over 2 months and I had an amazing time. Kevin was great at communicating, always easily accessible for questions, recommendations, and solutions to any request. The place comes with everything you could possibly need for a long relaxing stay. Would highly recommend staying here, the location is right across the street from the beach and 5 minute walk to the town Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.

The condo is both stylish and warm located near the beach, close to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea, and walking distance to Publix. Really enjoyed our stay there. Kevin was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Great location
The condo is one of 11 units in a very clean and fun complex. The apartment was clean and perfect for me and my husband. It was fully equipped with cleaning products and extra sheets, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. It does have a hair dryer. The other owners and renters were very social and we had a fabulous time. Kevin, the owner was so nice and answered all my questions immediately. We can't wait to go back next year.
