Our stay was fantastic, and Kevin was an outstanding and helpful host! The unit had it all… absolutely clean, full amenity with supplies, and prime location on El Mar (right up the block from all the stores and restaurants on Commercial). I would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting LBTS and our sincere kudos to Kevin for such a wonderful place… thank you!!

I rented this property for my in-laws who were visiting from England. All I can say is 5 stars! Kevin is one of the most attentive property owners I’ve met. Everything from pre-arrival, arrival, communication and check out was white glove service.
The condo is as described and more and exceptionally comfortable for 2. Completely touch button everything from shades, to music, door entry, etc. all the amenities are there!
I live in east Fort Lauderdale, one of the benefits of this property is the proximity to the grocery store and directly across the street from a beautiful beach access that is not crowded.
Everything at the property is in pristine condition. What a beautiful arrival down to a hand written note and bottle of bubbly!
We will most certainly book with them again!

I rented this condo for one month and it was perfect! The condo is modern, clean and quiet. Lovely pool area and walking distance to the beach. Kevin is a pleasure to work with and promptly responds to your questions. The condo community was so friendly to me and a lot of fun...they felt like my second family!
I can't wait to come back next year!
