The location was great. Close to the beach. The kitchen needs better ventilation. Bathroom needs more hooks for towels a

The studio was clean for the most part… a piece of paper under the bed & 2 hairs on the sheets.

The walking distance to Publix & the center.

The ac unit was loud & never shut off. Also didn’t blow cold unless it was 73 & then to cold. The front door needs a curtain , to much light coming in at night. Maybe some chairs in the back & some more greens or flowers.
