About this apartment rental
A renovated , spacious , 800 sq. ft. , 1/1 condo . 2nd floor in a quaint, small 8-unit building with private heated pool. (No elevator)
Large bedroom with King bed, Wi-fi, Basic Cable, 50” smart TV, and only 150 yards to the beach. Lovely private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
At the end of the street is a grocery store, pharmacy , liquors, cafe, Sushi, Italian , Dollar Tree, Dunkin Donuts, ice cream and more.
12-15 min casual walk away is the downtown area with a pier, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music, Kilwins ice cream , souvenirs, Italian bakery, coffee shop, cigar shop , pizza , jeweler, dive shop and much more ! Lots going on here every evening .
Lauderdale by the sea is well-known for off shore diving and snorkeling. The beaches and restaurants and the fishing pier are always enjoyable.
It’s a quaint little beach town with the Old Florida charm.
You can Uber or Lyft from the airport and never need a car.
So much to do all within walking distance.

Clean property, has all the amenities you need and only a five minute walk to the beach. I will definitely rent there again.

This is a 1BR condo with king bed, spacious living room (we did not use the sofa bed), a balcony and a tight, but full kitchen that opens into the living room. It is located on the second (top) floor of a small building with about 10 apartments overall, that nonetheless has its own swimming pool - small, but workable. Plenty of parking.
Michelle, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. She provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels.
The location is super-convenient. It is a quiet neighborhood of low-rise buildings, not upscale, but well-maintained. It is three small blocks from the beach - no more than 5-6 min walk. Publix is even closer. Lauderdale-on-the-sea "downtown" with some nightlife is about 10-12 min walk and has a choice of bars and restaurants. From the beach on the other side of the Anglin's pier (12-15 min walk) you can snorkel to the coral reef (about 300 feet from the beach); I loved that.
